Konstantinos, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I came up with the idea of owning a food truck back in 2019. My family was amazing in supporting me and helping me along this journey. It was something i wanted to do for a while. Knowing the risks that came with running a food truck, i am more than happy that i took the risk. Seeing all the regular people and all the new faces come to the truck really makes it worth everything that i have done to be where i am today. Seeing peoples faces when they take a bite of the food, and seeing the people being happy and satisfied with my food really makes me happy. For me, if the Customer is happy, I am happy. I knew that Greek Food isnt really as common in Knoxville, but seeing the amount of possitive feedback and people telling us they haven’t had Greek food this good since being in Greece really makes me feel like it was an amazing idea to bring Authentic Greek food to the heart of not only Knoxville, but the hearts of people.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

So, for me, making food is something I have always enjoyed, I owned a couple of restaurants in Greece and even before that, I knew it is something i would like to do forever. Being a family owned business has given me so much more to work towards not only for myself, but for my Family. Every Gyro, every Greek Salad, every Platter is made with love. I really do pour my heart and soul into my buissiness. I will always give my all for the satisfaction of the people who come to my truck. Nothing makes me happier than seeing peoples smiles.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I feel like having the right people who can help you advitise your business and making amazing friends who also run their own businesses helped quite a bit.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The best source of new clients for us has been our existing clients bringing their family and friends to our truck.
