We recently connected with Kirsten Stockton and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Kirsten thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I hope to build a legacy centered on the soul’s journey—the gifts we’re offered every day, even in hardship—and the profound impact we create when we embrace, honor, and love our authentic selves.
For much of my life, I wrestled with the question: What do I want people to say about me when I leave this earthly plane? The answers I came up with always felt hollow, like they belonged to someone else.
Growing up, I didn’t fully know or honor my true self. I am deeply empathic, emotional, and feminine at my core, but I spent years ignoring or dimming those parts of me to fit into a mold that wasn’t mine. I searched for belonging by trying to be what I thought others needed me to be, unknowingly living out their stories instead of my own.
I lost touch with the light of my soul—my internal beauty—immersing myself in a path that wasn’t aligned with my energy. I followed in my family’s footsteps, stepping into a legal career that was logical, structured, and calculated. It felt like the only path available to me, so I took it.
In 2017/2018, Motherhood opened my world to something greater and in 2020, life offered me the spaciousness to make a change. I realized that life is what we choose it to be, and I had been choosing for others my entire life. It was time to take the lessons I had learned and chart a new course, one that was mine alone.
I didn’t want to be remembered as someone who followed a prescribed path or checked the right boxes. I wanted people to say, She changed how people lived and loved. She gave me hope. She challenged life by living in her truth. That’s the legacy I hope to leave: finding a life that feels true to you, living with purpose, and loving yourself through it all.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
How I got into my industry is a tale of rediscovery, full of peaks and valleys. I was raised in a family of lawyers—practical, fact-driven thinkers. But I’ve always approached life differently, from emotion and heart space, even if I didn’t fully realize it as a child. Growing up surrounded by such logical energy, I unconsciously adapted. I tucked away parts of myself that didn’t fit and learned to play the role expected of me.
That role led me to become a lawyer, practicing as a business trial attorney for 10 years. I was successful but never felt fully myself. Deep down, I resisted every next step in my legal career.
Then, 2020 hit, bringing the gift of time and clarity. For the first time, I saw how I’d chosen a path that wasn’t truly mine—it was my family’s. While it was beautiful for them, it wasn’t aligned with who I was at my core. So, I began a soul-deep journey to find out who I really was beneath the conditioning, stories, and childhood wounds of self-worth and people-pleasing.
The spiritual, self-discovery, soul led way of life became my everything. I devoured the works of Glennon Doyle (Untamed) Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now), Michael Singer (The Untethered Soul), and Don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements). I discovered the transformative power of Reiki and energy work, and it was as though my soul reawakened. I felt fireworks in my body, and even though aspects of my life began to fall apart—my career, friendships, and lifestyle—I felt more alive than ever.
In 2021, I encountered the Akashic Records through my mentor, Nikki Novo, and it felt like coming home. This mystical space awakened something ancient and ever knowing within me, something that had been waiting lifetimes to reemerge. I began to see my truth with undeniable clarity. Mediums, intuitives, and energy workers confirmed what I was feeling—my path was shifting, and my purpose was far bigger than I could have imagined.
Even while I was still practicing law—arguing in court, drafting motions, and juggling motherhood—I began to slowly share my truth. I told a friend, “I can read energy and see the age of a soul.” Saying it felt so surreal, yet profoundly right.
Eventually, I could no longer walk two paths. The legal profession had reached its end for me—it was draining my mental health and psyche. In the background, I’d been investing in my transformation, completing Reiki I, II, and Master certifications, opening my psychic channel, and training to do Soul Readings with the Akashic Records, and further learning about energy healing through various podcasts, books and courses.
By the end of 2022, after careful yet challenging decisions that rippled through my relationships, I left the law permanently. In 2023, I decided to embrace what I knew had been building. I began offering readings and healings to others, seeking to help others uncover their own truth, purpose, and power.
What I want people to know about my work is that I deeply believe we each have the power to live a life that feels purposeful and soul-aligned. I’m here to support and guide you on that journey because our growth is interconnected—we’re meant to evolve and rise together. Your personal growth is a ripple that contributes to our collective evolution.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been building a genuine, connected community. Coming from an offline career, I had to learn what that meant in this space. While friends can become clients—and many of mine have—it’s not a given. Friendship isn’t a ticket to a sale; authenticity, compassion, and conviction in what you offer are what truly matter.
I’m intentional about showing all parts of myself, both in life and in business. My beliefs, values, and personality are woven into my brand because they’re an extension of who I am. When people connect with those aspects of you—whether they’re friends or new connections—they naturally see the value in your work. The energy you bring to every part of your life becomes the foundation of your community, and that’s what keeps people wanting to stay and grow with you.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience on social media by embracing a mix of observation, learning, and honoring my unique energy. While there are incredible experts in the social media space, I’ve focused on watching what resonates and then adapting those strategies to align with my values and energy.
I lean into my natural magnetism, using tools like astrology and human design to understand how I best connect with others. These systems help me honor my innate energy and guide me on when and how to show up in a way that feels authentic and aligned.
For those starting out, my advice is to learn from others but build for yourself. Take what inspires you and filter it through your own lens. The most magnetic thing you can offer is your truth and energy—people are drawn to what feels real and uniquely you.
