Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kira Petilli. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kira, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you share a story with us from back when you were an intern or apprentice? Maybe it’s a story that illustrates an important lesson you learned or maybe it’s a just a story that makes you laugh (or cry)?
During my senior year in college at Lynn University, I interned with The Curated Collection Group at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty In Fort Lauderdale. I valued my internship so much that even after graduating from college, I continued to intern with the team up until I got my Real Estate license. During my internship, I learned that there is so much more to real estate than just selling homes. The CCG team values team work, dedication, and genuine connections. This is what sets us apart from anyone else. It has truly been an honor to learn from the best and a remarkable experience, and I am grateful to have gone from intern to associate on the team!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I am a South Florida native, with roots from the quiet city of Lighthouse Point to the heart of Fort Lauderdale. I graduated Cum Laude at Lynn University with an Entrepreneurship degree and a minor in Fashion and Retail. While I was still in college, I interned with the team I’m on now, The Curated Collection Group. I always had an entrepreneurial passion that led me into the direction of doing real estate, and my internship sealed the deal for me and I fell in love with the process. I am also a social media guru and use the power of social media to create international networks and opportunities.
Currently, I am a global real estate advisor, and I help people all over the world find their dream homes here in South Florida. Selling your home is a big deal and it can be scary so I’m here to help make the process as easy as possible for my clients.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
My social media presence has been one of the most effective strategies for me and growing my clientele. Having half a million social media followers, 400,000 Instagram followers, and 100,000 on Tik Tok, has helped me reach so many people in so many parts of the world that I never would have been able to connect with if I did not have the audience that I have. I have had so many clients from Florida, out of state, or international that want to connect with me about South Florida real estate.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Most of my clients are investors who are out of state, or international clients. That being said, I deal with time zone differences. It is important for me to be available for my clients during their hours of communication, so I always have my phone on me, and am ready to take a call. It is also important for me to keep in touch with my clients aside from calling and texting. I like to keep in touch with my clients via social media, to engage in a more personable relationship than always being strictly business. It’s nice to show people a side of me that is true to myself, and people can see me for who I am. It makes people want to work with me because we can relate more. I have actually gotten clients due to my social media and getting to see me as a person. Lastly, I like to stay in touch with clients by writing letters or sending post cards. It’s not common that people use mail as a form of communication these days, so when someone receives mail now it really feels special. I love receiving mail, and its a great way to connect with people and show your value.
