Kindora , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of our favorite things to hear about is stories around the nicest thing someone has done for someone else – what’s the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

To the people who give me a chance and hear me out…the people who go out of their way to find me and let me know they appreciate what I do…the people who hype me up when I put myself out there…the ones who show up and support my performances…the ones who listen quietly from a distance…you mean everything to me and no matter what I’ve been through or go through I feel empowered to keep being me and keep sharing my music because of you!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Well, I’m a pop artist. I like to write songs and record them :) I’ve always written songs since I was in 1st grade, and honestly I don’t think they were that bad melodically but also, 1st grade poetry lol so I’m doing poetry, songwriting and talent shows from then until 2013. That’s when I wrote my first real feature with Nerdork and eventually became quite permanent partners with Rock Floyd as a producer. We have basically been doing the same things since then… Writing songs, recording them, making them available to be streamed and performing them, rinse and repeat!

I think there are a lot of people out there going through terrible things or things they can’t explain or maybe haven’t realized and I want them to feel related to or understood! I also sometimes just want to have a good time and dance terribly and escape my real problems so music is perfect for that!

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?

What if cities had funding for like x amount of artists to record and rollout albums as grants? Or maybe that is a thing and I missed out lol
