As a medspa owner and operator we solve anti-aging and health and wellness issues, taking a step away from the mundane, boring medspa, at Kimo Bentley Aesthetic Clinic we are an experience, the facility has a party and pop up shop with local vendors daily.
If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
If I could turn back the clock I would do this all over again and do it many times over, the journey has not always been easy but it was worth it. I was destined to be on this path and I love everything about it, the good, bad and ugly.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
It is very important to know your numbers, being a medspa owner/Esthetician one must know how much is needed to run the facility on a daily bases, as well as, weekly and monthly goal setting. The art of getting more clients who pay more money, you cannot have a business without your customer base, it is important to cultivate a good relationship with your customers.
