We were lucky to catch up with Kimberly Maska recently and have shared our conversation below.
Kimberly, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
Yes—almost everything.
While the coaching and online business world often leans heavily on bro-marketing tactics, urgency tricks, and formulaic launches, I’ve intentionally created a business that operates at a much higher frequency.
What sets me apart is that I integrate sacred alignment and divine strategy into every aspect of business. Instead of teaching people to hustle their way to six figures or follow someone else’s blueprint, I guide purpose-driven leaders to build legacy businesses in alignment with their Divine Assignment. That means we focus just as much on inner clarity and spiritual integrity as we do on practical marketing, automation, and structure.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Kimberly Maska, and my work is all about helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs build legacy businesses in sacred alignment with their Divine Assignment.
After spending 8 years on Wall Street and co-creating a $165 million company, I realized success without soul was not success at all. I walked away from it all—leaving behind the titles, the corporate lifestyle, and the “American Dream”—to honor a deeper calling. That calling led me to create Spiritual Biz, where for over a decade I’ve guided visionaries in building thriving, purpose-driven businesses rooted in service, healing, and higher consciousness.
I love working with Sacred CEOs—visionary leaders who are here to serve with conviction, honor their divine gifts, and build legacy businesses in alignment with their higher calling. My clients are coaches, healers, authors, and thought leaders who are ready to lead, prosper, and create meaningful impact through their work.
What I do differently is integrate two worlds that rarely meet: divine purpose and business growth strategy.
I serve as a mentor and intuitive business strategist for purpose-driven entrepreneurs. My work includes private coaching, premium group programs, transformational live events, and my signature process—The Sacred Success Framework™—which helps clients scale with aligned offers, confident pricing, and authentic visibility. I also host the Spiritual Biz podcast, run a digital magazine, and publish books that support this mission of building legacy businesses with integrity and purpose.
What I’m most proud of isn’t just the income transformations my clients experience—it’s that they do it while staying rooted in integrity, service, and deep alignment with God’s plan for them.
I often say: You’re not just here to build a business. You’re here to answer a Divine Assignment.
And that’s the core of everything I do.
If there’s one thing I want people to know, it’s this: You are a limitless, divine being with the power to achieve extraordinary things. You don’t have to choose between impact and income, or between integrity and ambition. When you build your business from a sacred place, you can have it all—and more.
Can you open up about a time when you had a really close call with the business?
Absolutely—and this one’s a big one.
At one point, I had a team of 13, and my business was humming along. We had crossed into seven figures, systems were running, offers were converting… until suddenly, they weren’t. Sales stopped. The marketing funnel that had once felt effortless just fell flat. Team dynamics started to unravel, and I found myself in full-blown crisis mode.
It felt like the wheels had come off—and I couldn’t figure out why.
I ended up making the incredibly difficult decision to let almost the entire team go, keeping only two people. And in that quiet that followed, I realized the truth: I hadn’t yet become the leader I thought I was. That was a humbling and uncomfortable realization, but it was also the beginning of a much deeper transformation.
I took a step back—not just from the external hustle, but into deep inner reflection. I came face-to-face with the fears I had avoided, the old patterns I was still carrying, and the childhood money wounds that had been running the show behind the scenes. It shook my confidence, but I was determined not to give up.
Over the next two years, I scaled the business back intentionally, rebuilt my foundation, and committed to becoming the Sacred CEO I was being called to be. And in doing so, I learned a lesson that I now pass on to every client:
Your business will always reflect your inner consciousness.
Whatever hasn’t been healed will surface. Especially around money, leadership, and visibility.
That experience was brutal, but it was also one of the greatest gifts I’ve received. It showed me what true alignment, resilience, and leadership really look like. And I’m eternally grateful for it.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Most people pivot when things fall apart—but I chose to pivot when everything was working.
My business was thriving. My brand, Spiritual Biz, was well-known. I had a loyal audience, successful programs, and years of credibility helping spiritual entrepreneurs grow their businesses. But deep down, I could feel something shifting. I was being called to serve at a higher level—and I couldn’t ignore it.
The language I had used for years no longer felt aligned. The term “spiritual entrepreneur” had become vague and diluted. I began attracting a new kind of client—high-integrity, purpose-driven leaders who were awakening to something bigger. They weren’t looking for more “woo.” They were looking for grounded guidance, divine clarity, and a sacred container to build legacy-level businesses that honor their calling.
So, I made the bold choice to walk away from what was safe and successful—and step fully into what was aligned.
I redefined my audience. I shifted my entire message. I said goodbye to offers that had made me millions because I knew they didn’t match the new vibration of my mission. I trusted that clarity would create momentum, even if it meant walking into the unknown.
And it did.
That pivot taught me this:
Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is evolve before you’re forced to.
It’s easy to change when things are broken. It takes a different kind of leadership to change when things still look like they’re working.
I’ve never felt more aligned—or more on-purpose—than I do now, guiding Sacred CEOs to lead, prosper, and serve with conviction.
