Kim, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
My mission is to connect different people together to be able to build up our community, example; If we have electricians coming in our Koffee shop and we have another customer who is in need of one, We would like to connect these two people together to get the job done, we have all different types of customers coming into Koffee Ko., and we learn about them by asking questions: What’s your name, What do you do for a living? Where do you work? etc. and this helps up to know who to connect together to bring one’s vision to life. It is so many talented people over the world and Koffee Ko. has experienced many different people, with different walks of like, different goals in life and we just want to be able to help if we can.
Kim, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I got in this industry with a mustard seed of faith, dedication, discipline and hard work, At Koffee Ko. we provided a variety of Koffee, we also offer (decaf), Variety of Teas, Lemonades, Refreshers, Variety of Frappes, OJ, Koffee flight drinks and double sided drinks. you name we can create it! muffins, Danish, Parfaits, bagels with a variety of spreads. Fresh Donuts on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. What sets Koffee Ko. from others our customer service, our mission, our goal, “Cheers” where everyone know your name, we have customers that return day to and the have become a part of Koffee Ko. family, We believe in pouring into who pour into us! Without our customers and the loyalty they show us it will be no Koffee Ko., I want you all to know that you are appreciated and we will continue to strive for greatness to make sure each and everyone of our customers know what they mean to us.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Treat them with respect and treat them the same way you would want to be treated! Because without the team who are you? The goal is to build up your team because the team you build will help you build your business.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Great Customer Service!!!! Because word of travels faster than anything. and if the news travels why would you want it to be anything less than GREAT!!!!
