Hi Kiara & Ferdinand , thanks for joining us today. Earning a full time living from one’s creative career can be incredibly difficult. Have you been able to do so and if so, can you share some of the key parts of your journey and any important advice or lessons that might help creatives who haven’t been able to yet?

We started our production company just before Covid, so it’s been pretty amazing how we started from nothing in such disastrous times. We are really proud when we look back, comparing where we started and where we are now with not only our unique concepts but also our technical abilities.

Gomez Glad Bak, formed 2020, is a husband and wife team working between Los Angeles, Santa Fe, New York City and Copenhagen. With extensive experience from behind and in front of the camera, we bring our unique vision to create standout commissioned and personal projects of depth, mood and timeless quality.

We are also able to work anywhere in the world, since we keep our production crews small and our trusted equipment minimal.

Also, we love shooting film and even old camcorders depending on the project.

Can you share your view on NFTs? (Note: this is for education/entertainment purposes only, readers should not construe this as advice)

It will never compete with standing in front of or engaging with the real thing – for example our video installation “sLiVeRs”.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

We love the Nitrate editing software and hope it never goes extinct.
