Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kianna Studstill . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Kianna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
My philosophy is that life itself is a risk. There’s always some decision that you have to make that can change the course of your life. One risk for me was starting my podcast and putting myself out their more on social media. I was never one for putting my thoughts and opinions out there because there are so many voices and who would want to hear me? Getting over my inner critic was a huge deal for me. It reminded me how every voice, every story matters.

Kianna, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
The main goal for my brand Mask Off Crowns On and Queens Confidence and Mindfulness Coaching is to aid in a persons ability to maintain balance, peace, and confidence. Through gaining a better understanding of our spiritual world and how it relates to our physical. Providing wholistic tools to aid in healing and maintaining in life. Once a persons spirit is healed he/she can start to heal all other aspects of their life. Resulting in true peace and happiness.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Life is not always easy and at a young age shortly after college is when it seemed to be at its worse. I had no hope left and wanted to quit. Therefore, I tried to commit suicide. It didn’t not work and that’s when I truly had my faith restored and I was certain there was a higher power in control of it all. I determined then that no matter how hard life got I would not ever give up again. Even when I lost my mother and was in a major car accident where I broke both of my legs and a arm. I could walk or do anything for myself. It was humbling and very challenging for an independent person like myself. I daily had to make the choice to do the small things that I could until I was back on my feet. I still produced episodes of my show and even took online modeling classes because that’s something else I’m passionate about. I am the true definition of resilient. There has been so many opportunities where I could have quit but I get up each day determined to keep going and to ENJOY every minute of my life.

If you could go back, would you choose the same profession, specialty, etc.?
Absolutely! I’ve met so many amazing people and have been able to help someone in their darkest times. There’s nothing like being able to help someone love themselves again.
