Kiana , appreciate you joining us today. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry?

The biggest misconception of the Cannabis world is the effects that it places on peoples life’s when their a consumer. With Cannabis still being on the fence of legality people sometime still classify cannabis as an illegal hallucinogenic. Studies have showed the positive effect cannabis has brought to many women who have suffered from multiple health conditions. With the natural plant being used to assist with pain from endometriosis’, serve cramps, cancer, Cataracs, and migraines. Many would say cannabis is a natural leading way of healing.

Kiana , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Kiana I’m the founder of SHE Coffee Bar a full service Coffee and a Cannbis Bar specializing in all your infused needs . I started this busienss A year ago in Houston at the time what set me apart from everyone, is there was and still is not anything like SHE COFFEE BAR. Leading the way with being an all female team, everything is made or manufactured by a women. All flowers we have are grown by the leading ladies in the cannabis world . SHE is leading the way with our Mobile Cannbis bar that serve all over Houston , Detroit and Los Angeles . We have a variety of menu items to choose from , such as our CannaBerry Smoothie, Canna Waffle, fan favorite Rasta Green Smoothie and Medicated fruit bowl. With being an all vegan and organic cafe we are here for all your Healthy Habits . I most proud of the intake everyone has given SHE. The love that people show the brand and the products was so amazing. With coming up on my first year of busienss i have zero regrets on the path that SHE is on so far , the customer we interact with on the daily is what makes SHE who SHE is and I and my team are very proud and appreciate of it all. Moving forward with SHE the main thing people should know and look out for us out upcoming Canned Coffee and Lemonades . Can’t wait to see SHE become a house hold name to so many people around the world. We are exciting about this journey and look forward to sharing it with the world!

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I would say consistency and awareness . SHE being the only of her kind she built her own reputation . Serving customer with the same consistent products and services. We pride ourself on bringing the best vibes to any atmosphere so everyone has the chance to have a SHE experience. With taking she on the road for a mini tour through cities such as Kansas City, Detroit , Chicago, and Dallas we are on a goal of reaching every city .

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

With being a Black women in the cannabis industry if faced a lot of challenges with the biggest being becoming certified and licensed. Cannabis being a world lead mostly by men , i got a lot of doors shut in my face a lot of rejections and a lot of wasted money. But i stayed consistent i never gave up, i got back in school and learned more and strengthening my knowledge as well i started to connect with the legal and corporate side of the industry. I started to connect more with politicians and Higher organizations who lead me on the right path and advocated for me.
