Hi Kia, thanks for joining us today. So, what do you think about family businesses? Would you want your children or other family members to one day join your business?
Family business is a very important model that works well with my family. The educational benefits of teaching my children how to not only run a affective business but also the law aspect of things while running a family business. There are many pitfalls when thinking about family business but the top thing would be resources to education that could further push the minds of the people involved in the family business at hand. I’ve always had a vision of a strong network all included with nothing.
