Khing , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.

Starting my business and leaving my job behind was a pretty big risk because it took away that underlying safety net. Instead of having a steady income, now i have a priority to get up and push my brand and services in hopes of gaining new customers. There is a sense of freedom, but everyday is not always a good day so finding that motivation every morning is definitely a challenge.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Well, my name is Khing Ceaze, im a recording artist as well as CEO of Brn Ryl. Brn Ryl is a content creation based business, specializing in Camera Services, Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and More. Im based in the Atlanta, Georgia Area.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Honestly, be Authentic and get out more. People sometimes under estimate how important authenticity is because we want to people please. So many people fear rejection, especially in Business. I always say, if Im rejected by 4 people and that 5th person says YES, that 1 was truly worth the struggle. Also, people want to do everything from the computers or their phones these days. We forgot how important interactions were. Everybody hides behind a screen now, but we still need to actively get out and seek new businesses, and new clients.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

Resilience is a word that goes hand in hand with success for me. There was a time I went from having multiple clients, to where i did not have a single client for months. In those slower months, it was important to me, to figure out how to come up with new ways of displaying my brand to the world. Trial and error, again and again, were truly cause me to doubt my own craft, but I never gave up, and now once again I am, basking in clients and assisting them with there content based needs.
