One of the things that makes my brand different is the way I merge artistry with strategy. A lot of designers focus only on creating something that looks good, but I always make sure my work ties back to the bigger picture of a brand, its identity, marketing goals, and long-term vision.
For example, I recently worked with a beauty brand on their back-to-school flyer, I didn’t just create a pretty design. I built it around their brand personality and their audience’s lifestyle, which helped the flyer perform better than they expected.
I believe small businesses deserve designs that look high-end and professional while still carrying their unique story and personal touch. That’s why I don’t just design for aesthetics, I design with purpose and direction.

Hi, I’m Mikhaila Lewis, a 23-year-old creative and the founder of KHAI Designsz. I was born and raised in Jamaica, and I’ve always had a deep passion for creativity, business, and storytelling through design. My journey into this field began when I noticed how many incredible small business owners had amazing products and services, but their branding didn’t truly reflect their quality or value. I wanted to change that, to give them visuals and strategies that matched the power of their vision.
Through KHAI Designsz, I offer a wide range of services including brand identity design, flyer design, website design, motion graphics, digital marketing strategy, and brand development consultations.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just design for aesthetics, I design with strategy and purpose. My work is created to help clients connect with their audience, elevate their presence, and drive real growth. Over the years, I’ve seen businesses transform after working with me, from boosting customer engagement to standing out in competitive industries. For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
For me, the most rewarding aspect of being a creative is seeing how my work has a tangible impact on people and their businesses. There’s nothing quite like the moment a client sees their vision come to life in a way that feels authentic and strategic.
I love witnessing the transformation that a well-crafted design can spark. A simple flyer or a refreshed logo can completely shift how customers perceive a business, increase engagement, and even drive growth. When clients share that their brand feels elevated, more professional, or that they’ve seen measurable results because of my work, it validates everything I do. Those moments remind me why I chose this path: to use creativity as a tool for empowerment.
