We were lucky to catch up with Keyandrea Paige recently and have shared our conversation below.

Keyandrea, appreciate you joining us today. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

So, GracefullyTouchedByKey Branding literally started off with me playing around making different flyers, and different designs to create me a website for my business. I didn’t start my business off designing, I originally started my business off of my other passion which is lashes. Who would’ve ever thought I would be a branding person/business designer. Jeremiah 29:11 but God knew the plans he had for me. I didn’t go for the designing business ; it literally came to me. God literally set this journey in my lap, and brung my clientele with it. I’m a firm believer in “ WHAT GOD HAS FOR YOU IS FOR YOU!” So after a few inquiries, and different people asking do I offer design/creative services I launched my branding business. My first couple of months it was slow, I had a few clients but I didn’t give up. I kept posting my work, and let me say I have an amazing support system that not only shared my work but told people by word of mouth. After almost a year my clientele had increased. It wasn’t necessarily where I wanted it to be, but I was grateful for the ones I did have bc it was more than I had started with. Success doesn’t happen overnight. You have to build to where you are going. A seed starts off as something so small but grows into something big. It’s all a process, so you have to endure through and keep pushing no matter what bc proverbs 18:16 lets us know that our gift will make room for us!

Keyandrea , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Hello, my name is Keyandrea Paige. I’m 26 years old, and of course I’m the CEO/OWNER of GracefullyTouchedByKey. I have an amazing 3 year old daughter as well. I’m also an assistant/administrator in the greatest ministries Breakthrough City Hub, and Unveiling Word Global Ministries Southwest Ga. I got into the designing/branding business after I had inquiries based off of the website I created for my lash line. I’m a branding woman by heart. I provide websites, flyers, and anything my clients need for social media. I also create designs for business cards, banners, apparel, shoes, etc. What sets me apart from others is I take what my clients give me and I meditate on it, take my time and execute it! God gives me the blueprint for every business idea that my clients have placed in the hands of GracefullyTouchedByKey, and I bring their vision to life! I’m not in this for the money ; I truly enjoy helping my clients give their brand that pop that it needs. I just love being able to help my clients bring life to their businesses, events, etc. Your brand is you, it represents you, and it also speaks for you!

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Something that I had to unlearn in the business / entrepreneur world really quick was not standing firm. I’m a very understanding, and giving person. I found myself loosing out, and low balling myself in alot of situations. I had to learn to stand firm on my rules, and prices because at the end of the day this business is how I make my money. If you don’t take your business serious then others won’t. So that was a big struggle for me.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My ultimate goal for GracefullyTouchedByKey is to continue growing and learning on this journey. From the beginning to now I see so much improvement. GracefullyTouchedByKey offers so many different services. I plan on to keep building and birthing out everything that’s on the inside of me. My outlook on my business is so different from when I started. I’m ready to see and do what all God has in store for GracefullyTouched. I can guarantee you new things will be coming soon!
