Kevyn, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I’m a Georgia-based personal branding strategist and assistant positioning entrepreneurs and professionals for marketplace success.
My consultancy has worked a number of years behind-the-scenes providing consultative guidance to start-ups of all sizes. I feel burdened to serve underserved professionals in business who need assistance with packaging their brand to transition from the workplace to the marketplace.
It gives me great joy to see others thrive in their life’s purpose.

Kevyn, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As a business support and brand consultancy, I’ve had the privilege of serving a number of years in a support role capacity.
For many years, I worked as a finance professional by day and support agency by night to the best in business. Many of my past and present clients have been highlighted in multiple publications, land recurring roles as talent on television and create their own shows.
We’re also intentional about helping our clients lower their costs and save time with our business support concierge services.
We provide hassle-free, on-demand services from copywriting, lifestyle management, operations and administrative support.
These services allow our clients to fully focus on their business.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I was able to build my audience on social media by how much value my brand provide to others.
This principle has changed how I work and pursue success in every area of my life. However, this will only work is you consistently apply it.
If you set your intentions to offer value instead of taking value people will be drawn to you. You will attract your audience if you provide them with practical information they can apply in real time to increase their own value.
Whatever market your in, you can quickly add value to others by providing solutions to their problems.
We are in the business of solving problems? That’s why you created the business. Ask yourself, “What problem will I solve today?”

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
You can foster brand loyalty by consistently doing good work.
Incorporate a white-glove approach to the many touch points that are parts of your business.
If you have your client’s mailing address on file, instead of sending an email, you should send them a handwritten letter to onboard them into your company.
A welcome gift or packet is an inexpensive but highly impressionable gesture when starting your relationship with a client.
You can strategically incorporate celebratory gestures along the client journey as they complete their milestones.
