Kevin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

I drove to LA with $270 to my name, my mother‘s car that she gave to me before I left, broke down 60 miles into the trip. Had to call in for some money, to get the car fixed to keep on the road. I have to get to Los Angeles, the first place that we went with Staples Center, Santa Monica pier. No job, nowhere to live, no nothing. Just excited to be in LA.

Hello, my name is Kevin Potts from Simply handy&manangment and I want to manage your building!

I am a hands on operator that specializes in:

1. Cash add
2. Expenses/Maintenance cost

5. Getting out inherited tenants

I moved to Los Angeles with $270 dollars. I was homeless in my car for two months. I never gave up, and never quit. I moved here to be an actor and comedian. That vision and not giving up mentality, position me to find my purpose. There were moments that tested my faith, and made me question my decision. The more I push through, the more gains I put on my name.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I say what I do, and do what I say. My entire angle in life is to be who I say I am. I push this message to my client, and people that work with me. It’s my DNA.
