Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kevin Lewis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kevin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry?
Corporate America often misunderstands work-life balance, prioritizing work at the expense of personal well-being. The lack of flexibility, rigid schedules, and burnout culture prevalent in many companies disregard the diverse needs of employees. Limited support for parenthood and unrealistic expectations further hinder achieving a healthy work-life balance. To foster a more harmonious work environment, companies should prioritize flexibility, support employee well-being, and recognize the importance of personal lives alongside work responsibilities. Embracing these changes can lead to higher employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall success for both individuals and organizations.
