We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kevin Dibia a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Kevin, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
The mission behind my real estate journey is to impact as many people as I can in a positive light through real estate. That mission comprises of creating generation wealth in peoples lives, teaching other agents how to build their own brand and become a better agent, and overall influence others to become better in any goal they desire. The ViewFinders Collective Group was created because of this mission that we are dedicated to achieving
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into real estate for a few reasons. I’ve known it was my calling for a very long time. When I bought my house when I was 23 I was one of the youngest single family homeowners in my neighborhood. Shortly after I had colleagues at work asking me to help them do the same. It was a wake up call to me that I had to get licensed. My team and I provide the highest level of real estate service getting our clients the best deals on homes that create equity as well as getting the best deals for sellers selling their home.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I keep in touch with all of my clients through multiple channels. Whether it’s through email, text, phone call or social media…I am consistently checking in on my clients even after they buy or sell. A client with me is a client for life
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
The biggest thing I did was build a brand through social media for myself instead of just trying to blend in as other agents I do. I strongly believe sticking out of the crowd helps you get noticed. The best part I feel about my brand is that I am being my authentic self. It’s just a blessing that others are resonating with it.
