Kevin , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard.

I think we offer a personal touch in a business were that maybe a little hard to come by. Service with a smile going the extra mile trying to please people are all things we take very seriously. We need the skills and knowledge to em power us to do what we do but it’s the desire to serve that separates us from our competitors.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I started in this business over 20 years ago. I’ve been running my own business for almost 10. The one thing I’ve always tried to do is help people. Do the right thing for others. Treat each clients problem as if it were my problem and by doing so I think you create relationships and bonds with people that go beyond whatever it is your helping them with. I’ve always wanted to be someone who could be counted on. I want anyone who calls on complete comfort solutions to know that they can count on us. No matter what

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Dependability and reliability. Pretty simple in a world we’re very few people do what they say, we just simply do exactly what we tell people we’re going to do exactly when we say we’re going to do it. People then tell other people that same story who wouldn’t want to deal with people that do that. I know I do

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Word of mouth. Not that I haven’t dabbled in paid advertising. Nothing I’ve ever done radio paper digital nothing even comes close to the business we have acquired through word of mouth.
