We were lucky to catch up with Kerry Maull recently and have shared our conversation below.
Kerry, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
The question that is posed is , “What do I think it takes to be successful?” Based on my personal success of owning and running a successful small business I believe success is based off of the goals you have established for your business’s repertoire. For many ,success is defined in monetary value and although monetary value while operating a company is about an 80% necessity how your clientele views your outreach, problem solving, price point , and quality of your product is pertinent.

KARE by Kerye Mone is a subset of the The KARE Brand, specifically a hypoallergenic sensitive skin-friendly skincare line which has been curated to provide an affordable luxury experience for the audience at hand. What I am most proud of are the extensive projects unfolding under The KARE brand and the team behind it making magic one day at a time!
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What I believe helped to build my reputation within in my market is my honesty and willingness to accept feedback. I am truly grateful for any feedback because of my ability to turn any situation from a negative one to a positive I keep my eye on the prize.
How’d you think through whether to sell directly on your own site or through a platform like Amazon, Etsy, Cratejoy, etc.
I enojy Ecommerce! I utilize shopify to run multiple stores I have created one specifically being KARE by Kerye Mone skincare. Shopify has allowed me to express my creativity fully while appealing to my audience, Also having an ecommerce site allows customers to establish a form of trust with you,
