Kerima, appreciate you joining us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your creative career sooner or later?

I often find myself wishing that I had started my career earlier because, in my younger years, I had more energy and felt capable of delivering better performance. The abundance of energy and vitality that accompanies youth can make us feel like we could have accomplished more if we had begun our careers sooner.

Kerima, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Kerima Richardson, but you can also call me Kay$rich. I firmly believe that being rich goes beyond just money – it’s a mindset and a way of life. Born and raised in Jersey City, and it’s a place that holds a special place in my heart.

One of the things that brings me immense joy is giving back to my community. Over the years, I have volunteered for numerous organizations throughout the city, dedicating my time and efforts to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

In addition to my philanthropic endeavors, I have also pursued a career in the entertainment industry. As a multi-published model, actress and artist.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

The completion of a project holds immense importance for creators. Often, a considerable amount of time is dedicated to gathering supplies, selecting outfits, and adding extra elements, even if the project itself has a fleeting existence. Yet, the moment the final outcome is witnessed, all the strenuous endeavors become undeniably gratifying to one self.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

I aspire achieving my goals of doing voice overs and owning multiple creative spaces in different cities, I also want to ensure that these spaces serve a greater purpose. Thus, I plan to establish them as non-profit organizations, providing a platform for aspiring artists, musicians, writers, and other creatives to showcase their talents and collaborate with one another.

By creating these non-profit spaces, I aim to foster a supportive and inclusive community where individuals can freely express themselves and pursue their artistic passions.
