Kenzy, appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a client that you appreciate them?
One of the best ways I have seen to show appreciation to a client is through personalized gifts. I recently worked with a client who had expressed that they were having a stressful week. So, I decided to surprise them with a gift basket filled with items they had mentioned they loved, such as their favorite snacks, a few books, and some calming essential oils.
When they received the gift basket, they were so touched by the gesture, and it ended up brightening their whole week. They told me that they had never had a vendor go above and beyond like that before and it made them feel heard and appreciated. This small act of kindness showed my client that I not only cared about the business relationship but also genuinely cared about them. As a result, the client felt more connected and included in the process, and it ultimately led to a stronger working partnership.

To achieve these objectives, it is essential to ensure that our company objectives and those of our clients align.Many businesses rely heavily on their social media presence and promotional offers to attract customers, but what’s really important is creating a meaningful connection with prospective clients and providing them with value. I have encountered many instances where my company’s goals do not align with those of potential clients, so rather than attempting to force them into a partnership, I strive to be transparent and refer them to other people who can better meet their needs. The best way to keep in touch and clients and foster brand loyalty is adding value to ones life!
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
One of the most effective strategies for growing our clientele has been to focus on providing excellent customer service and demonstrating our commitment to quality. We strive to always ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience when working with us. We have established a strong reputation for excellent customer service and have made sure that each client feels valued and appreciated.
