Kenneth, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

Deeply Gifted LC is a(n) Excellent Service providing, & Solution Based business for a Majority of your Conflicts & problems! We specialize in doing the absolute best to come up with a wide variety of solutions to be a GIFT to your Homes, Animals, Everyday Livelihoods & much much more….. We are driven around the clock ⏰, 7 days a week JUST we can accommodate all wants & Needs in taking care of everyone HEAD TO TOE & all around in feeling better, looking better, & Overall Satisfied everyday!

Deeply Gifted Started from all the Problems that Kenneth seen happening in his life, as well as those around him & Nobody being able to solve them or come up with any solutions… Through life’s Trials & Tribulations, he learned to fix certain things, come up with different ideas & solutions for a better & more peaceful Path through life!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Kenneth is an amazing Creative, kind hearted Man that had to learn to be a Problem solver & not continually add to the list of problems!
Everything started to transpire & take a Turn in a great direction back in 2017 when I Damaged my Shoulder & had to cope with dealing with 1 arm & still having to Provide, take care & be just as Persistent in the Process of life with an Individual with 2 Arms! I started to find different ways I can Provide for myself & those around me, if I was Hypothetically a Man with Only 1 arm or 1 arm with limited mobility & functions in the other…

I learned & am still learning different skills, jobs, Everyday problems & etc that I can Continue to solve & work on everyday! I have Fallen in love with Voice Acting, Voice narrations & things of that nature as a Career & everyday Hobby! Starting my brand & Selling my clothes was a New field for me & have WENT THROUGH A TON OF different articles of clothing, Different methods, different logos & designs for countless Hours & days till I created One that I felt as Thoe the GLOBE can be a part of, wear, afford & Love as A whole with there own customization opportunities!

Also, another GIFT FROM GOD (Besides my Voice, mind & Body) TO THE PUBLIC through me… which is my Service Providing Business! Where I take a Clients wants/Needs for their Homes, Animals & Cars from their fantasies to Realities as Best as possible with NO STRESS or worry on the Clients behalf!

Finally my way of “GIVING BACK” , connecting with others & farthing my Community in a more Positive & uplifting way is to PROMOTE from the Platform that I will create using my Voice for Others that have not had the chance to be herd Just yet!

It’s a lot of great, beautiful talented & Skill-full individuals that have not been granted or may never have the opportunity that I have, & I would love to be the bridge to Make dreams to reality… as well Teach people to Build STABLE FOUNDATIONS for them selves & others around them, that I didn’t have Growing up!

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I can say it has been a few difficult lessons that I’ve had my fair share struggles with…. One of those being in putting myself first as a Priority, so that I can be at my best to give like I truly want too! In further understanding how they say “you can not pour frm an empty cup”…. I have always given more than I should & some times unfortunately to the wrong individuals at the wrong time! I’ve always been told to fill my cup & make myself the priority first before giving so much. I never quite understood until I dealt with certain circumstances that proved the point I was so “hard headed” to understand! Even with that being said I still & the knowledge & understanding that I have now, I still sometimes fall short of giving unnecessarily.

Any advice for managing a team?

Within my years of working & being within certain situations that I have had to step up in to manage & Execute the best outcome possible for the business… I have gained an substantial amount of knowledge on the Concept of Leadership to obtain the Mission at hand , no matter the circumstances that are thrown at you.

When it comes to managing a team, you have to know the mission at hand, who you are working with & the different ways that each individual works. Not everyone learns or works in the same manner or style persay, but you can follow & educate them on the way that works best for them & You all as a TEAM, while also staying within the Guide lines, Protocol’s & necessary regulations to obtain the Goal & mission.
