Kenneth, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
I came up with this idea because I wanted to make something tangible that my son could see and be inspired by. I want him to see that anything is possible if you work hard, work smart, put your mind to it, and follow your dreams. I also want to create generational wealth and give him the opportunity to own something. I believe everyone deserves a chance to succeed, and I want to help make that happen for my son.

I am an audio-visual engineer and the founder/CEO of Never At Home. A lifestyle brand that offers a variety of products, from clothing, accessories to home goods. I am passionate about creating stylish, functional, comfortable, and affordable products for everyone. Also giving back to my community. These are a few of the many reasons why I created this brand.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
There are only two books that still impact my entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy. The two books are “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho and “The 48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
My advice for maintaining high morals is to focus on being passionate about what you do, persevere through the tough times, and be creative in your thinking. Set clear goals and objectives.
Be willing to take risks. Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things.
Network with other entrepreneurs.
Learn from others who have been successful and build relationships that can help you grow your business.
