Kennadee , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
Taking Risk’s Can either play out exactly how you want it or not at all, In 2022 I decided I was going to take a huge risk not knowing if it would have a positive impact or negative one. Not knowing what the outcome would look like or how things would play out. But knowing that this was a risk I Needed to take not only for myself but my family and the many Athletes I would eventually impact and influence. As a single mom, taking the leap to leave my salaried job as a regional sports director. was a significant risk, in many ways the biggest one being my Income. I know had to really take the leap and make this business happen to Step out in faith to start my own business feels like a calling. My mission is to reach athletes across the nation, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed not just in their sports, but in life. By teaching them about their identity and purpose in Christ, I aim to help them navigate the challenges they face both on and off the field, guiding them to achieve greatness through a foundation rooted in faith. The risk was risky But 2 years In. It has been the best risk I have taken thus far.

I’m a passionate entrepreneur and single mom dedicated to empowering athletes through my sports ministry, The Huddle, which I co-founded with my father, Kevin Pringle. As a former college athlete, I personally struggled with understanding my purpose and identity beyond sports. This experience inspired us to create The Huddle—a safe space for athletes to discover who they are outside of their sport, rooted in faith and guided by Christ.
At The Huddle, we offer coaching programs, workshops, and resources designed to help young athletes navigate their unique challenges. Our mission is to equip them with the tools they need to thrive, focusing on their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By teaching them about their identity in Christ, we aim to foster resilience and purpose that extends far beyond the field or court.
What sets The Huddle apart is our holistic approach to athlete development. We believe that true success comes from a deep understanding of one’s self and purpose, not just athletic achievement. I’m incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made in the lives of the athletes we serve. Their stories of transformation and growth motivate me to continue this important work.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My approach to Grow and Reach My clientele is simple. Show up and be present. People want to see you and know you. Speaking from experience I don’t want to support a business I don’t really know anything about or the person who Runs/ Owns it. I make sure I am building personal relationships with my clients. supporting them In what they do and showing them I care. It makes more of a lasting impact then having an agenda of just wanting people to buy you’re product

My Cofounder and Business partner is my Father. He is the best Business partner teammate and dad I could ever ask for. He sees me as an equal. and supports my ideas all while Pouring back into me and showing me that I am valued, seen, loved and heard in this business
