Kendra , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think it takes to be successful?

To be successful is very necessary. Here are are few I think will do

Be Passionate and do what you love
Work Hard– Hard Work Will Always Pay Off
Be Great– never settle for mediocre or average
Know Your Value and Worth
Remain Faithful
Trust God and allow him to lead you every step of the way
Stay Focused– write the vison and make it plan avoid distractions
Serve– Meeting Your customer needs will always help you build a very strong and memorable brand/clientele

Kendra McIntosh continues to amaze with her newly latest “Cooking with Kendra”. The pandemic ushered in a renewed determination to not only survive, but to thrive. Kendra’s love for hospitality and good food led her to cook up delectable dishes to warm the hearts and souls. “Cooking with Kendra” is set to be released in late Summer.

During this last year social media was the “go to” hang out for all things DIY. Whether it was honing existing skills, offering encouragement to help others, or treading into new territory there were a myriad of people to watch. Kendra, as a Psalmist/Minister, began encouraging others through her weekly worship live sessions. Intuitively, Kendra sought out another way to feed her audience.

Any given day of the week, Kendra offered up scrumptious looking photos showcasing her masterful creations. Kendra’s recipes range from comfort foods to succulent gourmet dishes. They are quick and easy recipes to give the novice cook a head start or the seasoned veteran more variety in the cupboard. These delicious morsels are adaptable to intimate settings or mid-size gatherings.

About Kendra: Native of South Florida, but now resides in the Atlanta area, Kendra positioned herself for more ministry expansion. Since Kendra’s debut onto the Christian and Gospel music scenes, her gift of song has made room for her to sing background for Gospel Music’s elite the legendary Shirley Caesar, Le’Andria Johnson, Jessica Reedy, Kim Burrell, BET’s Sunday Best Season 7 Geoffrey Golden and a former member of the Miami Mass Choir. Besides being an accomplished background vocalist, Kendra has opened for Gospel Music powerhouses Jekalyn Carr, Mali Music, Nigel Lewis, BET’s Sunday Best Race to the Stage winner Dewayne Crocker and others. Kendra’s tenacity to absorb everything that God has for her is incomparable.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

Kendra love’s seeing the finish product and putting smiles on people faces! Makes me feel accomplished and happy knowing I have completed another task/purpose that God had entrusted me with. She find’s cooking, refreshing, fulfilling and fun. Her drive for cooking easy simple meals are second to none. She believes cooking can be exciting, fun and rewarding. Her goal is to reach all who want to learn how to cook or even enhance their cooking skills. Kendra had been cooking since her teenage years. She has her own catering/personal chef business named ” Nothing Fancy Jus Dinner DBA Cooking With Kendra. She also teaches online cooking courses as well. at cookingwithkendra.eventbrite.com

I have had social media for several years now. My advice is post healthy,clean, positive, strong content. Stay active and always interact with your audience as much as possible.
