Hi Kendazanna, thanks for joining us today. How do you feel about asking friends and family to support your business? What’s appropriate, what’s not? Where do you draw the line?
I have worn members of my family and friend circle on my back and carried them to their destinations. “Heavy is the head that wears the crown”, I never knew how much weight it truly is to bare, until I looked up and I couldn’t see my own future. In creating a business or even an idea we all want to share it with the ones we love. I can say to the fellow “family manager”and “Mom” friend of the group have your moment and cherish it. Do not expect people to show up for you the way you show up for them. Allow your dream to come to fruition and blossom. We value our loved ones so much their words can crush our dream. I want to encourage you to know that what is for you, can’t no one take away. Have a faithful few that will walk along side you and keep you focused. I am 3rd of 7 maternal siblings and 3rd of 6 paternal siblings it was always my job to take of my siblings and indeed I did. I was the child care, hair dresses, chef, tutor, accountant, party planner and much, much more. My dream was a seed that was planted deep in me before I got here. Walk in your dream and live it every day. I want to help people personally and professionaly to realize their true potential. Continue to define your dream, vision, and path. Allow your life to be enhanced by letting go of control, worry, clutter and anguish.
