Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kendal Frayer. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kendal, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the best or worst investment you’ve made?
The best investment that I would say I have made has been in myself, meaning continuing education, attending conferences, learning new skills in personal development and business. I’ve realized that knowledge is something no one can ever take away from you and taking valued actions on what you are most afraid of can be a game changer on how you approach conflict and problem solving. Really taking the time to get to know your inner self, your triggers, and protecting your energy is crucial.. there once was a time when I was extremely scared to travel alone and the more I did, the more confident I became. I realized that confidence was just a skill that you work out just like any other muscle. I started to meet people all over the world and now I have grown a global network that Im happy to say is quite fruitful. With that being said, my travel has become more intentional, therefore, producing more experiences that have meaning and impact.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
What I am most proud of with the work that I do is that I continually learn so I can create value for the people I network with. I believe that living from your highest passion, generates others to feel like they can do the same. With social media being such an amazing tool to put yourself out there, I have been able to showcase what I appreciate and who I am while forging new opportunities on a global scale. The people that resonate with what they love through my passions and curations is my audience. I love seeing others success and believe we can all learn from each other. We are all influencers in some form based on how we show up in the world.

How did you build your audience on social media?
The biggest advice I can give for those starting to build a social media presence is quality over quantity. Staying true to your values and preferences helps so much with brand loyalty. Engage with your followers and create authentic relationships. You don’t have to have a niche, just be yourself. Always know your boundaries through. Personally, I am always happy sharing my growth while still keeping my privacy.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
I find that I am constantly pivoting in life, but that is what makes life exciting. It’s not always pleasant, but growth takes a mindset of resilience and learning how to regulate your emotional nervous system. There has been quite a bit I have had to learn over the last few years regarding investments, balancing home life, and just how to say no thank you to what isn’t in alignment. It’s been a fun journey and I’m excited to see what the future brings!
