Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kelvin Apparicio. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Kelvin, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Going back to the beginning – how did you come up with the idea in the first place?

I came up with The Modern CRWD, wanting to hear others’ stories and backgrounds. One of the things, I believe that we are missing in this world is being able to allow everyone to express their opinions and to agree to disagree when you hear a point that you don’t agree with. The Modern CRWD is the modern voice to help change conversation and entertainment.

Kelvin, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I got into this industry solely on the want to be on the radio. I had no background or no understanding of how to get on the radio. So I created this podcast to basically fulfill that dream of mine. The biggest thing that I am proud of about this whole podcast conglomerate is that it went from podcasting in a bedroom to podcasting in different cities and studios.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My creative mission is to help build my community as well as other communities in understanding to push for your dreams no matter the walls mentally or physically you see Also, to see creatively how other people can create and grow.

Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?

One of the biggest resources I wish I knew about before I started podcasting is a lot of people that know how to use podcast equipment. You will be surprised at how many people work in the entertainment industry and know how to build brick by brick to your vision.
