Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kelsye Jarmon. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Kelsye thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
I think there’s one major thing that I believe others in the industry probably don’t agree with or maybe just feel it’s not necessary to practice. Our biggest organ is our skin and it’s important to treat it accordingly. I hand pick every ingredient that goes into my skincare products which is my BIGGEST thing. Beauty brands don’t always focus on healthy, natural and clean products when it comes to skincare. My entire base is focused on just that, all natural handpicked ingredients for clean and Resilient skincare.
Kelsye, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Resilient Body and Co. is all about embracing your skin in the healthiest ways. The entire brand is built around handpicking all natural ingredients, hand making every product to ensure quality.
I struggled with a lot of acne, dry AND oily skin, I couldn’t find the right set of products and I was never a fan of body scrubs because they dried my skin out. That was my inspiration. I started creating body, face and lip scrubs as well as body oils to help myself and when I saw the difference I decided to create my own brand to help others who struggle with similar issues. Everyone’s skin is different so I do enjoy talking to my customers to see what they need so I can recommend the right product.
My biggest concern is making sure that customers know my products are truly made with love and care.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I keep in touch with customers by firstly, making it apparent that I can always be reached via email, social media or by phone. I have a loyalty programs that allows customers to build up points to spend on a purchase, I’ve noticed that has truly built a strong relationship with my customers.
I always make myself available to my customers since they are the backbone of my brand. I offer sales often, giveaways, discounts, local delivery, popup shops and things of that sort to be versatile for my customers.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
What helped build my reputation is my products. They speak for themselves. I’ve created each product by hand to ensure quality and it shows.
