Kelly, appreciate you joining us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
The best thing I’ve ever done to show a customer appreciation was taking the time to truly listen to them beyond the service they originally came for.
Through my business, Giving Clarity I’ve had clients who were going through grief, financial hardship, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Sometimes what they needed most wasn’t just a session
it was someone who genuinely cared.
One example that stands out is when I continued checking in on a client after our session ended.
There was no additional charge and no business obligation.
I simply wanted to make sure they were doing okay and applying the guidance we discussed.
A client later told me that knowing someone cared enough to follow up made them feel seen, valued, and supported during a difficult season of their life.
For me, customer appreciation is about creating an experience where people feel heard, respected, and important.
When someone chooses to support my business,
I never want them to feel like just another transaction.
I want them to feel like family, I believe that’s why many of my clients continue to return and refer others for the last 7 years

My name is K Brielle founder and CEO of Clarity Sessions LLC
In October 2026, I will celebrate seven years in business, and what began as a personal calling has grown into a purpose driven platform dedicated to helping people find clarity, direction, and peace during some of the most important seasons of their lives.
I am a seer, and I utilize the natural gift that God has given me to provide insight, guidance, and confirmation to those seeking answers.
One thing that sets me apart from many others in my industry is that I do not rely on tools, or spiritual guides.
My source is the Almighty God.
I believe the gift I carry was given to me by God, and I approach every session with prayer, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others with wisdom and compassion.
Throughout the last seven years, I have worked with clients from all walks of life who were navigating challenges related to relationships, family, career decisions, finances, personal growth, grief, and life transitions.
Many people come to me feeling confused, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next steps in their lives. My goal is to help them gain clarity, recognize opportunities, understand obstacles, and move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.
Through Clarity Sessions LLC, I offer personalized clarity sessions, spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, mentoring, prayer support, and ongoing accountability for clients who desire continued growth. While the guidance itself is important,
I believe what many clients value most is having a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
What makes me most proud is not the length of time I’ve been in business, but the impact my work has had on people’s lives. Over the years, I have witnessed clients leave unhealthy relationships, launch businesses, pursue new careers, strengthen their faith, heal from painful experiences, and gain confidence in themselves. Knowing that my gift has helped someone find direction during a difficult season is one of the greatest rewards I could ever receive.
I also take pride in the relationships I have built with my clients. My mission has never been to simply provide answers; it has always been to help people gain the clarity they need to make empowered decisions and move forward in life with confidence.

I believe my reputation has been built through consistency, authenticity, and genuinely caring about the people I serve.
Over the past seven years, I have focused on providing honest guidance rather than simply telling people what they want to hear.
Whether the message is encouraging or challenging, my commitment has always been to deliver it with integrity and compassion. I think people appreciate knowing that they can come to me and receive a sincere perspective rather than a scripted response.
Another factor that has helped build my reputation is the relationships I have developed with my clients. I take the time to listen, understand their concerns, and create a space where they feel comfortable being vulnerable. Many of my clients have worked with me for years, and a large portion of my business has grown through referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations. To me, that is one of the greatest compliments a business owner can receive.
I also believe that being transparent about my beliefs and approach has helped establish trust. I have always been clear that my source is the Almighty God and that I do not rely on tools or spiritual guides. People know exactly what I stand for, and that level of transparency has attracted clients who value faith-based guidance and clarity.
Most importantly, I strive to treat every client with respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, or circumstances. I never want people to feel like a number or a transaction. I want them to feel heard, valued, and supported. Over time, that commitment to serving people with excellence has helped me build a reputation that is rooted in trust, professionalism, and genuine care for others.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been building genuine relationships and allowing my work to speak for itself.
Since launching Clarity Sessions LLC nearly seven years ago, the majority of my growth has come through referrals, repeat clients, and word-of-mouth recommendations. When people have a positive experience and feel that they received value, they naturally share that experience with friends, family members, and colleagues. I have found that trust is one of the most powerful forms of marketing, especially in a business centered around personal guidance and clarity.
Another key factor has been consistency. I have remained committed to showing up, serving my clients with integrity, and maintaining a strong presence both online and within my community. Over time, people have been able to see that I am passionate about what I do and dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges.
Social media has also played an important role in my growth. By sharing encouraging messages, educational content, personal experiences, and insights related to my work, I have been able to connect with people who resonate with my mission and values. Rather than focusing solely on selling services, I focus on creating meaningful content that provides value and fosters authentic connections.
Most importantly, I believe growth comes from genuinely caring about people.
