We were lucky to catch up with Kelly Butler recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Kelly thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea

My organization was my story first. I was a feature in a magazine called the Brilliant Awakening and the title of my article was Live On Purpose. Live On Purpose quickly became my brand, and eventually evolved into my business.. Before launching I first connected with people who could help me launch successfully., investing money and time in business mentors, and business strategists who help me develop structure and organization in order to launch successfully.

My name is Kelly Dione Butler, I was born and raised here in Oklahoma City. I remember feeling stuck in life, literally my life was going no where! Wasted many years not knowing my own value & Worrh. Personal Development is what changed my life! Because of personal develop coaches and mentors I begin to live in the full expression of who Kelly Dione Butler was designed and destined to be!

I founded an organization called “Live On Purpose, Inc.” Where our mission is to Revive and EmpowerHER to win at living HER best life! We are a personal development organization. Through Conferences, classes and mentorship we help women and teens “Create a Reason to Live Better..”

Through Live On Purpose we help women discover who they are, why they are here, and what they are capable of doing while living here on earth. We serve women and teens who has lost sight of HER Value & Worth, We EmpowerHER how to discover HER value, unlocking HER potential, and purpose, causing HER to WIN BIG at Living HER best life!

We have served over the last 4 years hundreds of women and teens through our EmpowerHER Conference. Creating a space for women and teens to come and get unstuck, Learning the art of forward movement in HER everyday life, Through networking, tools of empowerment, and unlocking HER ability to get results has change the game for many women and teen girls. Lives have been changed In major ways

2020 was the year I had to rediscover my Purpose! What I thought gave me identity and a sense of purpose was an assignment that quickly changed, not that the assignment wasn’t purposed, I had to quickly learn that Purpose is progressive, it’s a journey not a destination!

This assignment came with a transition that hurt, that felt like I lost myself in the process. I was forced into a space of healing the inner me and went through a process of rediscovering H.E.R. I had buried lots of hurt and pain in the core of my soul during the duration of this assignment. The pain of transition lasted a whole year, but I had to find me!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Consistency is key, I kept showing up even when it didn’t make sense! I Learned who I was Authentically and I show up as HER daily. I discovered the Gift I was given, my super power! We are all created with something powerful within us, discover what you carry! Birth it, nurture it, and work it! I learned how to Stay in my lane and work it to it’s full potential! I’ve learned the power of this principal “Be fruitful and multiply” what’s been placed within you! Watch Your dreams & Visions come true!
