Keila, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?

All of the projects that I have been part of have been meaningful to me, because they have helped me continue growing as an artist.

Keila, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am a Dominican-American actress and model. My goal is to travel around the world and connect with as many people as possible, through my art.

In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?

Nowadays social media is the fastest and most effective way to connect directly with an audience, which has become a very powerful tool for us artists. Therefore, I invite those who are interested in supporting my career to follow me on social media.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

I am currently reading ‘The Artist’s Way’ by Julia Cameron and I am absolutely loving it. Additionally, I will always recommend ‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho, as it is my favorite book ever. Whenever I feel stuck or disconnected from my purpose, re-reading always it helps me get back on track. I also love ‘The Art of Creative Thinking’ by Rod Judkins, because it helps me continue nurturing my creativity on a daily basis.
