Keiana Armani , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

The best thing we’ve ever done to show customers our appreciation is consistently including a thank you card, and a complimentary gift with purchase for every order. Customer’s report feeling appreciated and regarded as special to our company.

In 2015 Keiana Armani created Indigo Blue Style with a dream of simply helping women discover their personal style. This dream eventually became more vivid:

Our mission is to empower women to take the journey of uncovering their truest form of self. We do this by providing the latest fashion news, style inspiration, health & fitness tips, exclusive products, and services including fitness training to guide each woman to a life of confidence – thus empowering the inner empress.
Our brand prides itself on delivering the highest quality of products, and services, to women in the community.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

There are several books that have significantly impacted my creative and entrepreneurial thinking. The first book I ever purchased that sparked my creative instincts was Effortless Style by Creative Director/Designer June Ambrose and The Magic of Thinking big by David J Schwartz.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

Along the journey learning to handle rejection has helped to build my resilience. Upon launching a podcast to help us achieve a global reach, I faced many rejections when contacting prospective guests to appear on our platform. It was challenging at times however it actually worked to our advantage because it taught us to never quit and continue on our path.
