Keerthi , appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?

Life is always fulfilling when there is a Purpose. When we understand that we all are Sprits experiencing human life form. We acknowledge the beauty of life and the challenges in this journey. How we can work together with love and compassion. Caring and helping each other in a way that we all find our balance and purpose in this society.

Keerthi , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

We are ” Saint Ee Ha ” Music Band from Los Angeles. We started the band with a motive to unite the world for betterment of each one of us including the plants, the animals the planet itself. Although Saint Ee Ha is a musical revolutionary committed to uniting the world under a simple unified message to “Kill the Poverty” Eliminate poverty from Mankind.
Our music speaks a lot about the Self. For we believe the one who has centered his existence with the self has achieved the goal. The song ” Surrender ” speaks about how our Ego and the Self shake hands and walk together.
Our Band has been tied up with Bentley Records from 2020.
The Ee Ha Band started their live shows and acts way back in 2018 at the prestigious Whisky a go go venue. Ever since the Band has performed at other leading venues as well like The Viper Room, House of Blues, Area 51, Wish Bus USA, Ivar Hollywood Boulevard etc.
Ee Ha band has Artist from all parts of the globe. We have Keerthi Shanmugam, the lead singer and songwriter from India, Kazuki Tokaji as lead guitarist from Japan. American Bassist Jeff, Renata Lady Singer/ Actor/ Dancer from Brazil, Brian on drums from China. Mekiel Reuben on Saxophone from Virgin Islands. Also we had lots of key players stepping in on occasion Harry on Bass from Dubai, Ganesh on Violin from India, Shogo Guitarist from Japan, Sebastian, Hriday and Vedansh on Drums from India. Nepolean was our Band Manager from US.
The songs “ Wild Animals” and “Surrender” was featured in AVA LIVE Radio, The Band’s Articles were published in USA by Relix Magazine, “High Alliance” Magazine and “Artist On The Rise” Article. “The India Talent Magazine” all over India. Recently “The bold Journey ” in US.
“Avalanche ” was the first Single released by Bentley Records..
Songs ” Dream Girl ” and ” Oxygen ” are getting into Indie Charts.
” Bad Teacher” song speaks about the way out of Darkness.
Ee Ha also released few Indian Tamil songs like ” Hollywood King” , ” Chittu Kuruvi “, ” Swamy Aiyappane” and many more.
What makes us stand apart from others is the mix of culture, the acts wearing Cape, Animal Masks, Showering flowers and chocolate candies. Makes us special. Also holding on to the Purpose of ” Kill the Poverty” movement. Supporting songs ” Wipe out Poverty ” and Anthem song

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Being an Artist is such a blessing that what matters most is being conveyed independently. As an expression of the society’s reaction on individual. There is an Internal vs External conflicts. How one can understand the internal and external are different sides of the same coin. These struggles can be expressed by an Artist especially in movies and music videos. The society and civilization always targets to expand and develop the existence of mankind to more comforting and lifestyles that actually is going against the Nature. For instance we can discuss regarding Climate changes or Mobile phones that is taking away the children’s social life.
We as Artist induce Yoga or Dance forms that actually connect with the core of our being. I feel that state is more rewarding when the artist reaches his core and the expression becomes effortless.

Do you think there is something that non-creatives might struggle to understand about your journey as a creative? Maybe you can shed some light?

The Risk the Road not taken. Usually creative people get into a lonely journey that most often it is either not tested or walked before. The exploration itself manifests into new reality. Artist want to share lots of these experiences to others. So that it would benefit the non creatives type. Then again we often fail in this process. The ground reality being no guarantee. One can only take few steps and actions. The intensity, the discipline the commitment usually differs from person to person. There is a clear balance between the internal and external. When someone walks into extremity they either slip into a zone that doesn’t allow them to get back.
Before the transition there is a truth. After the transition there is a different truth.
Leading to TRUTH is TRANSCENDENTAL.
For us to illuminate humanity we need to start from Values. Not through our needs and comfort at jeopardy. Often the society is run based on this primary control system where Money is in scarcity for wide population. Only a thin layer is out of that chain that doesn’t depend on Money.
