We were lucky to catch up with Kaytee Long Becker recently and have shared our conversation below.
Kaytee, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. One deeply underappreciated facet of entrepreneurship is the kind of crazy stuff we have to deal with as business owners. Sometimes it’s crazy positive sometimes it’s crazy negative, but crazy experiences unite entrepreneurs regardless of industry. Can you share a crazy story with our readers?
Clean nutrition was the beginning of my personal healing journey. Discovering how incredible life can feel when I learned how eating a whole food, non processed diet — changed everything for me. My mood, skin, energy levels. Truly everything.
A few years ago, I attended a wellness/food supplier conference at the beginning of my journey with Nutrigazm, I was looking for a supplier for one of our ingredients, coconut water powder. My team and I were having a challenging time finding pure coconut water powder. Most suppliers added maltodextrin or other fillers we did not want present in our products.
My colleague Sebastian and I were running around the 2.1 million square foot conference floor looking for our ideal candidate, but no luck. We were talking amongst ourselves and a woman overheard us… this woman was a high-level executive from a large food company. Her exact words were, “Well, just don’t put it on the nutrition label. That’s what everyone else does!” She smiled and walked away.
Sebastian and I were mind blown—completely appalled. I already knew the food industry had its shady corners, but this moment lit a fire in us. We refused to be part of the norm, where deception is just business as usual. Nutrigazm would stand for something different. We would deliver high-quality, truly clean nutrition—no shortcuts, no hidden fillers, no compromises. Because people deserve to know exactly what they’re putting into their bodies.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I started Nutrigazm to help you thrive and feel amazing in your own skin. And from my experience, this starts with food.
I’m Kaytee Long Becker, a long time fitness and wellness enthusiast. I love yoga, skiing, basketball, and weight lifting, to name a few interests. I’m also a GRAMMY-winning publicist, musician, and someone who spent years struggling with disordered eating and body dysmorphia from age 9. My struggles with food and body image changed when I was introduced to the concept of choosing “love over fear”. Instead of eating from the fear of gaining weight, I began to put whole foods into my body to show it love. I began going to the gym for long-term health, not out of fear of gaining weight. Beginning to eat a whole foods diet completely transformed my outlook, confidence and happiness in life — and I want to help as many women as possible discover this freedom and confidence for themselves.

Sebastian is an expert in nutritional science and my lead formulator. He previously launched a DTC company in Canada in 2018, generating $40k/month in revenue and has raised $40M for other ventures.
My background is in public relations where I have secured over 3k high-level press placements for clients, over 1B impressions, three GRAMMY nominations and I’ve been healthily obsessed with E-commerce since my early 20s.
Together, our ground-level team is quite literally unstoppable.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
One of the most effective strategies we’ve used to grow our clientele has been partnering with trusted affiliates—not just social media influencers, but individuals who have an established community where Nutrigazm fits seamlessly. It’s not just about follower count; it’s about connection.
A new customer is far more likely to try our product when they hear about it from someone they already trust—whether that’s a wellness coach, a fitness instructor, or a nutritionist who genuinely believes in what we offer.
