Kay , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
As a person with migraines and sensitive skin, finding the best of both worlds in body products was hard. For a few years, I would make personal body butter, and then I was asked to make body butter for friends. After a few years of making the products for myself and the selected few, I challenged myself to sell to more people and build my company. I am intentional with my product’s ingredients used. I make small batches to sell if the products do not trigger a migraine or irritate my testers. My goal is to keep making the items in batches to control quality and keep the integrity of the products.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
If you have sensitive skin or have triggered migraines from scents, my products provide clean scents in the body, car, and home products. Envigors is a small-batch wellness company based in Maryland. The best-seller scent is Beach Vacay in all product types. This is also inspired from Kay, the owner’s West Indian background – Bring a piece of home to your home.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
As a giver, some of my loyal clients will get bonus incentives from Envigors without asking, applying, or knowing it is coming. The goal is always to keep the customer happy, but give when you can to the ones that support you the most.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Intentional ingredients, amazing scents, and practical products that connect with my audience. Even though my products are quality tested – the final decision makers are my audience, so I ask for their wants and feedback first before making products permanent on the website.
