Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Kay Bandzz. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Kay , appreciate you joining us today. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.
Learning the artistry of music involved making many mistakes and constantly acquiring knowledge not only in that specific art but in life as well. You can never fall out of love with the things that you do. Consistency is key. Knowing what I know now, I am grateful for the opportunities that I opened for myself in the past. I don’t think that anything could have changed my learning experience because it took time to appreciate everything that I know now.
Communication, patience and open-mindedness are all essential skills. Without these skills, I would not be able to preserver through the basic and more complex obstacles of life; such as self-identity and purpose.
Kay , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am in the business of entrepreneurship. However, one of my main focuses is music production and songwriting. I believe that having the discipline to expand your work in a variety of fields is essential when it comes to being the best version of yourself. I song-write and supply a wide range of musical instrumentals in all genres. I am able to assist clients in finding the right sound that suites their needs.
I am very proud of my perseverance and effort when it comes to doing what I love. Primarily because finding the balance between business and personal life can get overwhelming a lot of the time.
In your view, what can society to do to best support artists, creatives and a thriving creative ecosystem?
Society can push the effort of “trying” more in the media. There are a lot of people who are afraid to try because they are afraid to fail(myself included), however mistakes are what makes us better!
Can you share your view on NFTs? (Note: this is for education/entertainment purposes only, readers should not construe this as advice)
I believe that anything that is new and innovative has the ability to change how we view the world. I’m for NFT’s!
