We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Katie White. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Katie below.
Alright, Katie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
One of the most heartwarming experiences in my career was working with a woman who had been living in excruciating pain—physically, emotionally, and mentally—for decades.
She felt completely out of alignment, trapped in a cycle of suffering. Within just 10 minutes of channeling energy to her, she experienced something she hadn’t felt in years: calm, steadiness, and—most incredibly—relief from pain.
It brought her to tears because, when you’ve lived with chronic pain for so long, the absence of it feels almost unimaginable.
From that moment, we embarked on a deep mentorship journey together. Over the next 7 months, we peeled back the layers of her childhood, revisited and rewrote the stories that were stored in her body, and cultivated self-awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. She went from living in constant pain to rarely experiencing it. And when discomfort does arise, she now listens to her body, understanding that pain is a message rather than a life sentence.
The impact of this transformation has rippled into every area of her life. She has received job promotions and raises, rekindled physical intimacy with her spouse, and can now run, play, and go on adventures with her children—things she once believed were no longer possible for her.
She has fully stepped into a new identity, one that isn’t defined by pain and instead by possibility, presence, and empowerment. Witnessing that kind of transformation is why I do this work—it’s an honor to hold space for such deep healing and to see it expand into every facet of someone’s life.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My work is deeply rooted in helping women reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and innate power. I guide clients through healing physically, emotionally, and energetically, so they can break free from pain, stress, and disconnection, and step into a life of clarity, confidence, and vitality.
How I Got Into This Work:
My journey into this field was anything but linear. I have always been deeply intuitive and sensitive to energy, able to feel shifts in people and spaces that others couldn’t quite put into words. Like many of my clients, I spent years disconnected from my own body, pushing through emotions, ignoring pain, and following external expectations instead of listening to my inner knowing. It wasn’t until I fully embraced my own healing—through energy work, emotional intelligence, somatic practices, and deep self-reflection—that I understood the power of this work.
I trained as a Reiki Master Teacher, studied holistic healing methods, and integrated emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation into my practice. What I discovered was that true transformation happens when we combine energy healing with deep self-awareness, embodiment, and aligned action. And that’s exactly what I help my clients achieve.
What I Offer & The Problems I Solve:
I work with clients through 1:1 mentorship, energy healing, intuitive coaching, and courses that guide them to unlock their emotional, physical, and energetic blocks. Many of the women I work with come to me feeling stuck—whether it’s chronic pain, overwhelming stress, emotional disconnection, or feeling out of alignment with their purpose.
Through my work, I help clients:
* Release physical pain by addressing the stored emotions and energy patterns in their bodies.
* Heal emotional wounds by uncovering and rewriting old stories, childhood patterns, and subconscious beliefs.
* Develop emotional intelligence so they can regulate their nervous system, express themselves authentically, and deepen their relationships.
* Reconnect with their sensuality and power by tapping into the body’s wisdom and learning to trust their own energy.
* Transform their self-identity so they no longer feel trapped in old versions of themselves, and instead step into a more aligned, confident, and fulfilled life.
What Sets Me Apart:
What makes my work unique is the fusion of energy healing, emotional intelligence, nervous system work, and embodiment practices. I don’t just help my clients feel better in the moment—I help them create lasting transformation. My approach isn’t just about surface-level mindset shifts; it’s about rewiring the body, emotions, and subconscious patterns so that change becomes deeply integrated.
I also have a unique ability to read and shift energy quickly —whether it’s sensing what’s stored in the body, guiding someone through emotional breakthroughs, or even helping clients realign their physical space to support their healing (through Feng Shui-inspired energy work). This allows me to intuitively guide each person based on what their body and energy truly need, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
What I’m Most Proud Of:
I’m incredibly proud of the deep transformations I’ve witnessed in my clients. I’ve worked with women who have spent decades in chronic pain, feeling disconnected and lost, and helped them reclaim their health, relationships, confidence, and purpose. Seeing someone go from struggling to thriving—from feeling small and unseen to standing fully in their power—is the greatest reward of this work.
What I Want People to Know About My Work:
Healing isn’t just about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about rediscovering your power, your presence, and your ability to create a life that feels deeply aligned. My work is for those who are ready to step into something more, to break free from old cycles, and to finally feel at home in their body and emotions.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, or if you’re seeking a deeper, more holistic approach to healing and transformation, I invite you to explore this work with me. The answers you’re looking for aren’t outside of you—they’re already within. My role is simply to help you unlock them.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I had to unlearn was the idea that pain and pleasure were inherently intertwined—especially when it came to my body, my emotions, and my sensuality. For so long, I believed that pleasure had to be earned through suffering—that feeling good required struggle, that love meant sacrifice, and that deep connection came with emotional or even physical pain.
This conditioning ran deep. I had absorbed societal and personal narratives that told me being a woman meant enduring, that emotional or physical discomfort was just part of the process, and that power and pleasure couldn’t coexist. My body held onto these stories, and over time, they manifested as tension, pain, and disconnection—not just in my relationships and in how I experienced life itself.
The turning point came when I started truly listening to my body—not just in moments of distress, but in moments of potential expansion. I began exploring somatic healing, energy work, and nervous system regulation, and I started to see how my body had been conditioned to brace for pain even in moments meant for joy, connection, and intimacy. I had to rewire my nervous system to trust pleasure, to understand that feeling good wasn’t dangerous or fleeting, and rather my birthright.
Through this process, I discovered that pleasure isn’t just about sexuality—it’s about presence, embodiment, and allowing myself to fully receive life’s experiences without fear. I learned to soften rather than brace, to expand rather than contract, and to let my energy flow without attaching it to old wounds.
Now, this is a core part of the work I do with my clients—helping them break free from the patterns of pain they’ve normalized and step into an identity where pleasure, ease, and deep connection are fully available to them. When we learn to separate pain from pleasure, we stop operating from survival mode and start living in a state of true embodiment and empowerment.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Right now, I’m in the middle of one of the biggest pivots in my business—shifting into my role as the “EQ Queen”, where I help women unlock emotional intelligence through the body, using physical pain as the entry point.
For years, my work was deeply rooted in energy healing and holistic wellness, and while I was seeing profound transformations in my clients, I started to notice a deeper pattern. So many of the women coming to me weren’t just experiencing stress or emotional overwhelm—they were carrying their pain physically. Chronic pain, body weight, tension, exhaustion, digestive issues, migraines—it was all speaking for them when they didn’t have the language or awareness to express their emotional state.
That’s when I realized my work needed to expand beyond healing sessions into full-body emotional intelligence training. Instead of just working on the energetic level, I started integrating nervous system regulation, somatic work, and deeper self-awareness tools to help my clients decode what their body was actually trying to communicate.
Now, the pivot I’m making is turning physical pain into the doorway for deep emotional and energetic transformation. Instead of trying to just “fix” or numb discomfort, I guide women to listen to their bodies as messengers, break free from old emotional patterns, and develop a level of self-awareness that changes how they move through life, relationships, and leadership.
This shift has been one of the most aligned changes I’ve made, because it bridges everything I love—energy work, deep emotional intelligence, somatic healing, and empowerment. And this work ripples to every single area of their lives- relationships, career, & their homes. It’s not just about getting rid of pain; it’s about teaching women to reclaim their bodies, emotions, and personal power so they can lead, love, and live with full presence.
