Karrington, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Thank you for having me! At the heart of K. Moderne Interior Design lies a very much so straightforward mission: to open doors for the majority to embrace the pinnacle of luxury living. For far too long, access to luxury goods and experiences has been confined and withheld from the masses through exclusivity and price barriers. These controlling and divisive factors have obscured what truly matters in luxury culture—qualities like quality, authenticity, excellence, timelessness, pleasure, and experience. Our mission remains steadfast: to level the playing field by flawlessly executing timeless luxury designs at an unmatched level of affordability. We’re not just reshaping access; we’re challenging mainstream perspectives on what defines true luxury. Is it the price tag or is it the value? Is it an oversized mansion with underwhelming finishes and a hefty price, or is it a thoughtfully designed, modest sized home boasting Versace floors and exceptional amenities at a fraction of the cost? And yes, for those who don’t know, our upcoming collection of homes breaking ground this winter in the city of Memphis will feature some of Versace’s most highly renowned marble and porcelain tile lines, marking an exciting step in the transformation of a culture, perspective, and city as a whole.

Absolutely, as aforementioned my name is Karrington Christian, I’m 25, and I’m the owner and Principal Designer at K. Moderne Interior Design. Our firm operates as a full-service luxury design-build entity, specializing in crafting high-end homes and spaces at an incomparably affordable price. Whether it’s revamping an unused area, updating a dated space, or constructing a contemporary marvel from scratch, K. Moderne is dedicated to execution and provision of all your design aspirations. And what truly distinguishes us from other firms in our industry is our deliberate incorporation of God in every facet of our work. Drawing inspiration and guidance from He who created all has consistently empowered us to create timeless, livable works of art that resonate beyond the confines of time.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I’d like to believe our esteemed reputation was built on the foundation of an unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and unmatched value in our offerings within the market. That and the consistency as it relates the the final product produced and presented at the conclusion of each project.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
