Karolina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about the things you feel your parents did right and how those things have impacted your career and life.
I was raised by a remarkable trio – my mother and grandparents. As a single parent in Poland, my mom, a former basketball player, navigated the good and tough sides of parenthood with grace and determination, leaving an indelible mark on my journey to becoming an independent woman in the game we call life. As I reflect on the impact she’s had on my life, I am filled with gratitude for her never-ending love and support no matter what. She has always believed in my potential. In her eyes, I was capable of achieving anything I set my mind to – even as a littie girl, and she instilled in me the confidence to pursue my passions with courage and conviction. Her belief in me became the bedrock of my own self-confidence, empowering me to navigate all the challenges with resilience and determination.
Without any doubts I wouldn’t be where I am today without her my grandparents. They became my greatest advocates, tirelessly championing my pursuits and providing the resources and opportunities necessary for my growth. Whether through long study sessions or heartfelt conversations, they taught me the importance of education and the limitless possibilities it held for my future.
It all started when babcia [ang. grandma], a Polish language teacher by profession, imbued me with the gift of words, starting a passion for writing that would shape the course of my life – becoming a journalist. Can you believe that thanks to her patient guidence and encouragement I was able read as a 3 or 4 year-old girl? But beyond the technicalities of grammar, grandma along side with my grandfather taught me something far more profound – the importance of storytelling. With a twinkle in their eyes, they would fill me in with tales of history, poems and songs for children but also their own lived experiences, making enchanting narratives that sparked my imagination. I couldn’t be more thankful for that.

With my academic background in journalism, documentary filmmaking, and political science that I gained while living in Poland, I have crafted a career that blends my passions for storytelling, celebrity culture, and royal intrigue. As a showbiz journalist and reporter in Poland, I have had the privilege of covering the glitz and glamour of the biggest celebrity events and capturing the essence of their world. My journey has afforded me the opportunity to interview legendary figures, delving into their lives and experiences to uncover the stories behind the headlines. Alongside my role as a journalist, I have curated my own fashion column, offering insightful commentary on celebrity attire and trends. But beyond the allure of showbiz, my passion for royal families has led me to explore the timeless traditions and captivating narratives that define monarchy. Through my coverage of royal stories (are you guys team Wales or Sussex?) I have gained a deep appreciation for the rich history and cultural significance of royal dynasties, earning recognition for my insightful reporting and understanding of royal affairs. In the midst of my career as a showbiz journalist and reporter, I have kept chasing my dreams as a solo traveler, exploring the world one destination at a time. From the vibrant streets of Brazil ,to the serene waters of the Maldives, my adventures have taken me to breathtaking places and unforgettable experiences.
Immersing myself in the colorful festivities of the famous Carnaval in Rio, I danced to the rhythm of samba and soaked in the energy of the celebrations. Amidst the pulsating beats and colorful costumes, I found myself swept away by the magic of this iconic cultural event, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Venturing into the azure waters of the Maldives, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by swimming with dolphins, embracing the thrill of encountering these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Throughout my travels across European countries, from the historic streets of Paris to the charming villages of Italy, I immersed myself in the rich tapestry of cultures and landscapes that Europe has to offer.
As a solo traveler, I embraced the freedom to chart my own course, to wander off the beaten path and to embrace the unknown. Along the way, I encountered new cultures, made lifelong friends, and discovered hidden treasures that expanded my horizons and enriched my soul.With each journey, I found inspiration, adventure, and a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me.
Little did I know that my solo journey would lead me to Hollywood, where fate had another surprise in store for me.
A few years ago in the glittering city of dreams I found more than just stardust – I found love. Meeting my now husband was a moment that changed the course of my life forever. No longer traveling solo – now we explore life’s wonders side by side with our two lovely puppies.
As I look back on my journey – from showbiz journalist and solo traveler to happily married adventurer creating my new life between Poland and Los Angeles – I am reminded that life is a truly unpredictable mosaic of experiences. Can’t wait for more!

I try to create my social media presence as a captivating blend of authenticity and personal connection. Through my posts, I invite my audience into my world, sharing not only the glamorous side of celebrity events and exotic destinations but also the genuine moments of joy, love, and adventure that define my life. I use Instagram as my diary. Each photo I share is not just a snapshot but a piece of a larger narrative, a postcard from my journey through life. Whether it’s a candid shot from a red carpet, a breathtaking vista from the end of the world, or a cozy moment shared with my husband, I try to make my images speak volumes, tell stories that will resonate with my followers on a deeper level.
In a world where influencers and followers dominate our social media feeds, it’s easy to get caught up in the numbers game – the pursuit of likes, followers, and validation from strangers. But amidst the sea of curated content and polished personas, I keep reminding myself that there’s one thing that stands out above all else: authenticity.
As a showbiz journalist, traveler, and wife of a Hollywood actor, I’ve learned firsthand the power of authenticity in connecting with others. In a world where image is everything, being true to yourself and sharing your genuine experiences is what truly resonates with people. This is also what I tell my husband when times in the industry get crazy.
You see, the number of followers or likes you have doesn’t define your worth or the impact you have on others. What matters most is the authenticity of your connections – the community you build around you, filled with individuals who appreciate you for who you are, not just for the content you produce.
So, to all my viewers and followers, I want to remind you that authenticity is the key to building a community that will stand by you through thick and thin. It’s about being real, vulnerable, and unapologetically yourself, even in a world that often rewards conformity and perfection. What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
In the bustling newsroom of a prestigious corporation, I once found myself under the watchful eye of a person that happened to me my supervisor – let’s call her Ms. Smith. From the moment I stepped foot into her domain, it became obvious that Ms. Smith was determined to quash my enthusiasm at every turn. She scoffed at my ideas, dismissed my work as trivial, and belittled my contributions to the team. No matter how hard I tried, it felt like I could never meet her standards even though my results were more than satisfying.
One day, after yet another round of scathing critiques, Ms. Smith dropped the bombshell – she was letting me go. I was devastated. It felt like a punch to the gut, a blow to my confidence, and a crushing defeat all rolled into one. I couldn’t shake the feeling of failure that hung heavy in the air. Despite being shown the door, I couldn’t escape the lingering presence of Ms. Smith. Her voice echoed in my mind, taunting me with memories of her harsh words and relentless criticism. And then, to add insult to injury, I discovered that Ms. Smith was still using my work.
As I scrolled through the company’s website, I stumbled upon articles that bore my name, my byline. It was as if she had plucked the fruits of my labor and claimed them as her own, all while telling me that my work was worthless. The hypocrisy was staggering. But in that moment, as I stared at the screen in disbelief, something inside me shifted. I realized that Ms. Smith’s words, her criticism, dismissiveness and attempts to bring me down – held no power over me anymore. It was not Ms. Smith who defined my worth or determined my destiny. It was me.
Now I know how trust in my own abilities and believe in the power of my own voice, even in the face of doubt and criticism from others. In a competitive environment with jealousy and negativity, I’ve discovered the importance of staying true to myself and my vision.
As I look back, I am filled with gratitude for the lessons learned and the growth achieved. I may have had to unlearn the patterns of guilt and unworthiness that once held me captive, but in doing so, I discovered the potential that resides within me – a potential that knows no limits and is deserving of all the love, success, respect and happiness the world has to offer.
