Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Karlos Galvan . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Karlos , appreciate you joining us today. How did you find your key vendor or vendors? Maybe you can share the backstory and share some context and the relevant details to help us understand why you chose them, why they chose you, etc.
Strategic partnerships are key to our success. Our partnerships help deliver a great member expense. We have partnerships for events, retail, fridge drinks and equipment. I strive to have the best partnerships to make sure that members are always happy. Having Strat Eric partnerships has also help me scale from 1 studio to now owning 5 studios.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My fitness career began in 2007 while working in corporate fitness. It was my part time time college job that turned into passion and now a career. I developed a passion within the fitness industry while seeing the impact I was able to make on others. I saw a big need for more relationship-based results versus transactional results. Within the fitness industry. I have seen a big need for boutique fitness and community based fitness. I independently own and operate 4 personal training studios and have now added Row House to my portfolio.I invested into Row House because I love the concept, community and impact that it makes on our members. I see so much potential for the brand and I’m excited to be a part of the continued upward trajectory that Row House is on. I am most proud of being able to bring communities together through fitness and be able to make an impact on some ones life through working out. At GoTribe Fitness & Row House we have all fitness levels and provide fitness for everyone!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
During the Pandemic the biggest struggle was the unknown of; staying within local guidelines, when could we begin to operate in-person, will our members continue to be members, there was just so much left to the unknown and I contemplated my future as an entrepreneur numerous times. I didn’t know if we would continue being in business. It taught me to quickly pivot from in-person to online, it’s something that we had always done as a company but more than ever, we focused on our experience, community and member support. Maintaining our member relationships is what helped us stay in business and grow the business. During a time of uncertainty. we remained the constant in our members lives.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Our best source of new clients is from our existing clients. The importance of results and relationships goes such a long way for us, not only for retaining our business but also growing it. Our members see the value in what we do and that has single handily helped us multiple our business.
