We recently connected with Kari Uselman and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Kari thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’re complete cheeseballs and so we love asking folks to share the most heartwarming moment from their career – do you have a touching moment you can share with us?
I have many. One that stands out is a 40 year old client my brother referred to me from several hours away. He had just turned 40 and had excruciating back pain. I began our session with quantum biofeedback, which detects stressors in the body and also delivers stress and pain reduction at a cellular level In the top 10 stressors out of over 15,000 was drowning. I asked him if he had ever had a near drowning experience or if anyone close to him had drowned. He said no. As we transitioned into craniosacral therapy, his body went into a still point, which indicates deep healing potential. I asked him what was happening. He said, I am in the water.” I asked him how old he was. He said 23.” I then asked him were he was. He said that he was on spring break and being pulled out by the rip tide and he though he was going to die.” I asked him to talk to his cells and remind his body that what happened was a long time ago and that the tissue could let go of the protection pattern; that he was safe. He did this. After our session, his pain was gone and did not come back. He had been to multiple doctors, physical therapy, chiropractors and a surgeon. He did not want surgery. The stuck emotion was the core of his pain. all his life he had a feeling he might die at age 40. When he turned 40, the fear of dying triggered pain in his lumbar spine, which is where we store fear. We were both so grateful for the transformational shift.
I had a client several years ago who showed up to her appointment on time during a blizzard. She walked over a mile to my office in a snowmobile suit, heavy boots, hat and thick gloves. We had several sessions over the year and I treated her like I do all my clients, which is with presence and love. I learned that she was homeless. She called me a year after she “moved” to a different city to tell me how grateful she was for our time together. She told me that she felt seen. She told me that it meant so much o her that I believed in her and told her she was a beautiful soul and person and could do anything she put her mind to. I learned that she had been accepted in to a program for homeless women and educated in baking so that she could work in a bakery. She told me that the math was hard, but she got through it as she kept hearing my voice in her head. I was so touched. We continue to stay in touch.
Kari, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
“You can heal. You matter. You can reclaim your sparkle. There are beautiful ways to shift trauma imprints and reclaim lost pieces of yourself so that you can live a joyful life and feel whole, mind, body and soul.” Kari Uselman, PhD 920-410-4022 ~ [email protected]
I got into holistic wellness in 2007, after I went to a wellness fair and met a woman who did quantum biofeedback. Prior to this time, I taught multilingual multicultural education and literacy for 15 years. Within minutes of sitting down with this woman,, the device she engaged identified Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism and an injury to l4/L5 in my spine. I was amazed at the accuracy. I had not been feeling well for years and it took western medicine over a decade to figure out that something was imbalanced with my thyroid. This device discerned these stressors in five minutes. I was in awe. When she told me that there were career opportunities, I had goosebumps all over my body. I thought about it for 10 days, and took a huge leap of faith, taking out a second mortgage on my home for a $25,000 device I knew nothing about. …but I trusted the Universe. I told myself that if I had $10,000 within six months, I would quit the four jobs I was working and start a holistic wellness business, and that is what happened!
At the time I went to that holistic wellness fair, I was working four jobs to make ends meet after going through a divorce. I had two young boys, 3 and 5. I worked all my jobs around the time I had with them. One of my jobs was grant writing and after several all nighters to get everything complete for my commitments, I told myself something needed to shift. Since that decision, doors have opened energetically, no longer needing to push. 2024 marks my 17th year as a holistic wellness practitioner. I love to learn and have added many modalities and a variety of products over the years. I carry herbs, enzymes, EMF remediation products, complex homeopathy. I also offer customized soul portraits along with soul songs.
I work with people one-on-one and with groups who want to feel better, heal trauma, and transform their lives so that they can live with joy and thrive, mind, body and soul.
Over the past 17 years Kari has worked with 1000’s of people. Many have told her that their sessions have been pivotal in shifting how they think and feel. During every session, Kari listens with presence and holds space that is safe, anchored in divine essence. As she listens, the session evolves as Kari weaves healing ways, supporting the release of layers of physical and emotional trauma.
When you work with Kari, the first step is a consult conversation to learn your goals for health and wellbeing and ways to support you. Next, if you are a good fit, an appointment is set either in person or virtually and the journey begins. After the first session, people feel lighter, more whole, seen and have more hope both for shifting stress and reducing pain.
Kari offers many healing ways, which she weaves according to needs that arise, and include:
Craniosacral Therapy and Semato Emotional Release – a way to release deep trauma in the cells and soft tissue (fascia). www.upledger.com
Quantum Biofeedback – a way that supports stress and pain reduction the body at a cellular level through frequencies and repetition (entrainment) over several sessions. In trauma cases, Kari often engages the neurolinguistic and brain rebalancing programs of the software, along with balancing the autonomic nervous system and biofield, which is the field of energy that extends around the body. www.quantumworldvision.com
Mindfield Repatterning – a form of quantum dowsing that releases and collapses trauma and ancestral patterns into light, dissolving barriers to healing, which are often subconscious. This way deduces physical patterns, emotional triggers, fears, soul curriculums, spiritual helpers, and a variety of dowsing charts to get to core imbalances. As patterns collapse, voids are filled with love and peace offering a renewed sense of wellbeing. www.awakeningheartsandminds.com
Star Magic Healing – a powerful way to dissolve old programming and blockages with light codes. www.starmagichealing.org
Sound and vibration – sound is regenerative and has the potential to shift the human biofield. Kari uses her voice, light language, singing bowls, tuning forks, Koshi chimes and her voice to support healing shift. – Learn more at www.jaymeprice.com
Kitchen Alchemy – Kari loves creating vibrant food and educates as she shares her recipes.
I am proud of my commitment to serve and uplift those who seek deep healing holistically and are ready to participate in their healing journey. I have supported many return to joy and balance, and am honored to hold healing space for shift.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
I was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2013. I knew something was very wrong. I have helped clients move through Lyme. I was in denial of my symptoms…I did not want this diagnosis. My regular doctor told me I was getting old. I was 48 at the time. The western medical tests were all negative. I could barley walk, was light and sound sensitive, and thought I would have to quit working as I was not thinking well, had a lot of body pain and was excessively fatigues. I did not accept “I was getting old,”
I went to an alternative clinic. It was here that my lying and standing blood pressure were taken back to back which revealed a 40 points difference. This warranted an EKG which showed a significant spike in my heart, which warranted very specific Lyme tests. All were positive. When my results came in, my doctor told me I had one of the worst cases of Lyme he had seen and did not know how I was functioning I was in shock with the news, even though it all made sense. I did not want this diagnosis. I have seen Lyme devastate lives.;
I took a deep dive into a variety of protocols, some overseen by my “out of the box” doctor and some crazy protocols I was determined to get through that I had read about. One detox I embarked upon that I had read about was a 30 day regime of 80 caps of HCL every day to denude Lyme biofilms around the cells. It did not work and I felt terrible during the process. I did herbs, MMS and explored frequency medicine. They all helped some, yet not could work fully until I had enough energy and courage to leave a very toxic relationship. This is when I truly started to heal at a deeper level, and then, everything I was doing had greater efficacy. I kept going. I did not quit, Because of my experience, I can support my clients with the lens of my personal experience, and am a living example that they can return to balance.
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
It is one thing to learn and study techniques and information. Listening with your heart and intuition offer depth and keys to tapping into the core of learned techniques, and is quite different from the black and white of academia..
My intuitive gifts and sensitivities guide every session and are key for supporting shift and having successful outcomes with clients.
I encourage people in all professions to listen with their hearts and allow their inner knowing to guide the way. There is deep wisdom in the soul that the mind cannot access. Healing takes place in the zero point filed, the field of potentiality, where transformation can happen in an instant. I trust my intuitive knowing implicitly. I say to the listener, do not doubt that inner voice. Listen, allow and following that voice to lead and guide your way.
