Have you ever had to pivot?

Life is all about pivots and making on the spot adjustments and decisions that will either impact your life positively or negatively. I recognize however that many times people can get stuck in what was or what they expected and not progress and you find reminiscing on the past or what they could have done. As a matter fact, I wrote a book entitled Pivot that explores the subject in a way to encourage the reader how to navigate the moments and curve balls of life.

The book compels readers to take a deeper look at their lives and trust in the sovereignty of God. Whether navigating loss, uncertainty, or personal setbacks, It offers a message of hope: “When you are rooted and grounded in the truth of God, you realize that regardless of the ‘stuff’ that may come your way in life or the waters you may have to charter, you always come out victorious. You win every time.”

This book was personal for me because I mapped for my life what I wanted and when majority of didn’t happen the way I expected I hit a crossroads. I was faced with adversity, pain, loss and confusion but I learned how to lean and trust the Lord in the process and change my perspective on life. I took the lessons and begin the process of becoming a better version of myself which including becoming a more confident well rounded leader that has found her voice.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Our company has a relationship first model. We are focused on people and not transactions. We want to build solid relationships based on trust and add tremendous value to our customers and partners regardless if we earn their business or not. However, what we have found more times than not that we earn client or partner for life.
