Hi Karene , thanks for joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Success means different things to different people. While some envision lavish lifestyles, my definition centers on finding joy in simplicity and meaningful connections.

Success requires hard work, a genuine passion for what you do, perseverance, resilience, and a refusal to give up. Running my own business, despite setbacks, has taught me the enduring relevance of manners in our society. It’s a guide for considerate interactions, especially in a world that sometimes forgets the importance of kindness.

Building my business faced challenges, especially with the onset of the 2019 Covid pandemic. There were moments when I questioned the value of Etiquette in a world seemingly focused on other priorities. However, I’ve realized its significance and the need for reminders on how to treat one another.

For me, success is about staying committed. Despite obstacles, I continue to put in the work, encouraged by a supportive network that shares my belief in the importance of Etiquette. Success is about unwavering commitment to my goals, even when the journey gets tough.

My journey into the world of etiquette consulting began when I recognized the need for personal growth after making several mistakes in professional settings. This realization fueled my commitment to becoming a better version of myself and inspired the inception of Etiquette Etiquette.

As an etiquette consultant, I specialize in solving challenges related to confidence-building and navigating professional settings, particularly in business functions. I focus on helping clients represent themselves and their organizations effectively, ensuring a polished and professional presence.

Our dedication to providing quality services and our commitment to continual growth sets Etiquette Etiquette apart. I take pride in the evolution of Etiquette Etiquette and its positive impact on clients.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

As an immigrant from a country where my parents faced financial constraints, coming to the United States for better opportunities required resilience; despite encountering setbacks, I learned to adapt, pivot, and persevere. This resilience has been particularly crucial as a parent of four daughters, as their presence constantly motivates me to stay strong through challenging times.
