Hi Karen, thanks for joining us today. Folks often look at a successful business and imagine it was an overnight success, but from what we’ve seen this is often far from the truth. We’d love to hear your scaling up story – walk us through how you grew over time – what were some of the big things you had to do to grow and what was that scaling up journey like?
Clean Homes USA was founded in November 2020. Since then the company has been more and more successful.
My company stands out for offering a very detailed service, for being professional, and always on time to reach customers satisfaction. The key to growth has been maintaining an outstanding team as well as me being involved with the daily duties and tasks to ensure that the job and the service have been successfully completed. This way the clients trust our company creating a strong bond between them and us.
Another important key to growth was that in the beginning Clean Homes USA only offered one service that was Maid Service. After that I started adding more services due to the demand of my clients to keep their house, office or business in excellent condition. Now having a full cleaning service:
– Carpet cleaning
– Post construction cleaning
– Window cleaning
– Tile and grout cleaning
– Air Duct cleaning
– Dryer vent cleaning
– Pressure washing
The most important tool that I use to grow the business and have new clients is social media. This platform is so important since this is how our future clients see our work, our team, before and after pictures/videos of all the jobs performed.
Im in charge of all the business’ social media so I make sure is up to date everyday.

I started the business after Covid. The main reason was to provide job opportunities to those who had a hard time finding a job. The goal of the company is to become a nationwide company to provide more job opportunities around the nation. We also have a team in California.
We are a company that guarantees our work. We always have a way to solve any issues or problems with the clients. What set us apart from other companies is that I’m very perfectionist. I always give my clients my 100%. I also have a positive mindset
