Kamolrat, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

To provide Denver with Authentic Thai food made with love.

I moved to Colorado from Thailand 17 years ago. I was feeling home sick and missed my grandmothers home cooking. I decided to start Lucky Noodles to bring authentic Thai food that is made from love with only the freshest hand picked ingredients.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I put a lot of love and care into my food. I only use the best ingredients and grandma’s recipes. Love and patience to make the food perfect.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

Word of mouth.
