Kamil, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?

I hope my legacy will be remembered by all the hard work I put in to make a better life for myself . If I can do it, you can too.
Most importantly, I hope my legacy will be people remembering the type of person I am or the heart & integrity that I have.

My name is Kamil Lashae; A serial entrepreneur, Model, & Self-Published Author. I started my journey becoming a model & serial entrepreneur back in my hometown Chicago, IL.
Throughout the years, I have traveled and relocated to my new home, Atlanta, GA.
A lot of people ask me, What made me become a business owner & a self published author?
Well, it was me Not having confidence, still being broken and carrying around baggage from my past.
I felt as though readers & viewers needed to hear and see my testimony and what I’ve been through & how I’ve became my own success story.
Now I’m able to help others heal from what broken them & help women especially; become better & more beautiful after being broken from life’s trials & Tribulations.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

I’m from Chicago, IL. Chicago will always be home for me but Chicago is a lot like “Crabs In A Bucket” .
People don’t want too see you doing better than them or “make it out”.
My whole journey especially as being an entrepreneur I’ve been alone.
I got myself where I am today with no help, no resources, & no support .
But that was my resilience, moving myself away from my hometown away from everyone I know , too starting completely over in a new state, rebuilding my name .
My journey has been far from easy but it sure has been worthwhile.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

How I built my audience through social media was .. Direct Message! A lot of people say post, post, post!
Yes, that’s a key factor BUT ..
Networking through DM has gotten me a lot farther than expected.
A lot of people know me because I’m so quick to start a conversation or making social media friends through DM.
Also, posting interesting & intriguing content for people to engage in.
