I love my clients!! Walking with them through life’s transitions is truly an honor. And the more I do it, the more I get to offer the next client, and around the cycle goes. It is really something special to serve others. I wake up every day aiming to make someone’s experience truly special. For me, it’s all making sure I am building personal connection —remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and baby milestones, sending welcome-home and holiday cards, or expressing gratitude with thoughtful gifts for referrals. Every home purchase or sale is celebrated with a personalized closing gift, and my clients also receive exclusive invitations to events I host just for them. It’s all about making them feel valued every step of the way, and then forever after. :)
Client appreciation events and closing gifts are two of my favorite ways to celebrate my clients because they allow me to add a personal touch to their experience. My events are often hosted at my family’s local brewery and feature a raffle filled with carefully curated gifts from small businesses—some even owned by my clients! When it comes to celebrating a home sale or purchase, I ensure that every closing gift is meaningful and tailored to my clients’ unique tastes and needs. Rather than a standard gift, I thoughtfully curate something special—often a collection of items that resonate with the whole family. These gifts range from lake activity certificates and patio fire pits to a full home cleaning service, brand-new cleaning supplies, special plants, kitchen organizers, and home improvement gift cards.
I truly love making my clients feel special and appreciated during such an important time in their lives. For me, these relationships aren’t just a one-time transaction—they last for years. That ongoing connection is what makes what I do so meaningful!

Sure! I became a licensed real estate agent in 2020 after being furloughed from my former career in retail. My education was in fashion merchandising and background in retail sales; I took a ton of pride in understanding each customer’s unique needs and creating a high-quality shopping experience. When my career took that unexpected turn, I began networking and exploring new opportunities. A conversation with my personal real estate agent—who had helped me relocate from Frisco to Dallas a few years earlier—led to a pivotal moment. He recognized my strong customer service skills and attention to detail, encouraging me to explore real estate. Soon after, I connected with his team leaders at The Realm Agency, completed my studies and licensure, and officially launched my real estate career!
I started out specializing in apartment locating, helping clients seamlessly transition into new rental spaces. My process was and is highly personalized—I consult with each client, curate a concise list of options that match their criteria, and act as their concierge throughout the touring and application process. In my first few years, I helped hundreds of people find the perfect apartment while continually expanding my expertise in Dallas’ fast-growing real estate market.
As my client relationships deepened, many began referring friends and family who were looking to buy homes—or they themselves decided it was time to transition from renting to owning. I then began to transition myself to serve them: Assisting each on their journey from renting to owning. My business has grown organically through these meaningful connections, and I take great pride in guiding my clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions: real estate ownership. Whether it’s navigating timing, location, budget, or specific needs, I ensure my clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their choices.
What sets me apart is my ability to meet clients exactly where they are and provide relevant, strategic guidance tailored to their goals. I move with both speed and precision—delivering high-quality, thorough service at a pace that keeps up with the dynamic real estate market. I truly love what I do, and I’m proud to be a trusted resource for my clients, not just for one transaction but for years to come.


How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Communication and attention to detail. I stay consistently engaged with my clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. When we’re actively working together, I’m in their inboxes morning, noon, and night—keeping them informed, answering questions, and guiding them through the process. Even during waiting periods, I make it a priority to stay in touch so they always know I have their back.
Beyond that, I’m thorough and detail-oriented in every aspect of their home search, ensuring no question is left unanswered. I also believe that the experience of buying or selling a home should be as enjoyable as possible. I bring kindness, warmth, and an engaging approach to every interaction, making the process not only seamless but also enjoyable for my clients. My goal is to provide not just great service, but a great experience.


Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
If I told you, I’d be giving away my trade secret. 😉 But in short—I never forget anyone. I’ve developed my own systems to stay consistently connected with my clients, leads, and future customers, ensuring I remain front and center in their minds. It takes dedication and effort to maintain these relationships, but the reward is invaluable—strong brand loyalty and a steady stream of incredible referrals!
