Alright, Kaili thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

Truly want to see all my business ventures thrive and succeed because the plan is to be a light for all those who weren’t even given a chance to show and share their light to the world. A legacy to me means leaving this world knowing I have done what most would call “The Impossible”, which is just overcoming the trials and tribulations of life as a whole. It is already magical enough that we have made it thus far into the journey to be successful. Mind you I haven’t ventured on the journey alone, I have crossed paths with other great creatives and beautiful souls in general. When it comes to what I hope to be remembered for, first I’d like to be remembered as a true kind person and second being remembered for spreading value and sharing life lessons that were learned through trial and error. I believe to be impactful by the way I have connected with others. The legacy I hope to share in this lifetime is by creating generational wealth and break generational curses not only for my bloodline and friends but for the communities I have came across as well. So far I can say I have left some of my legacy in many ways throughout this journey. I’m sure once I leave this world people will have lots of positive things to say or remember about me, because I always try to carry myself in my truest form at my current and previous moments. Not here for the glam and glitter but here to experience all the wonderful magic life has to give. As many legends have once said which I can agree on is that “The greatest things in life are free.” Im ready to see the world and connect with many more beautiful souls across the globe.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am Kaili Spear the Creative Director of Film & Photography for my trademarked brand “Real Authentic Work”. Here in this business we like to experience magic by capturing “R.A.W. Moments & Creations of a Lifetime.” I am a Woman-owned and Black-owned business still expanding to greater heights. The services I provide range from production, photography, video production, videography, cinematography, graphic design and more. I am working on my limited edition clothing line and new official downloadable app which is to be released to the public very soon. I have put pride aside and helped others thrive in their businesses as well by sharing some knowledge and skills I picked up. I try to maintain a consistent basis with my supporters that I have crossed paths with in different cities and states, connecting me to talented individuals in various business outlets. Sometimes I can fall short because of the overwhelming feelings I get when having to handle all aspects of my business on my own. From creating and managing all the business social media platforms and website to actually working on the next project for a client or collaborative work with another creative. It can definitely be tough sometimes doing a lot of backend on my own but once the tasks are completed it can be such a rewarding feeling knowing I can start creating a new project soon-after. I am most proud of not giving up on my business despite having gone through so much in these past years. Believing in myself and keeping a tunnel vision throughout these trying times has been challenging but I am glad to still be here to be a testimony to others who want to pursue their dreams also. Trust me it is not easy running a business on your own especially when you are first generation in your family. Meaning a lot of things when it comes to business was self-taught and I have done a lot of things through first-time experiences such as taking lots of risks in the business. I try my best to always stay original hint my business name, Real Authentic Work and R.A.W. abbreviated. Staying true to my work is what has set me apart from other creatives. Figuring out the flow of how things work can be draining and frustrating at times but it is all worth the hard work and dedication you put into it in the end, extremely well worth it! I can’t say I’m the best to do it… just yet…but I plan to be one of the greatest to ever step foot on this earth. It takes confidence, optimisim and enthusiasm to keep the magic flowing.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Funding my business hasn’t been easy, in fact it has been a challenge trying to upkeep my business in todays society and economy. I am actually still in the process of understanding how business loans work and all the business grants I can apply to in order to further my business model. When it comes to making the money to fund my business ventures you know I’m going to grind extra hard until I get there. I have worked 8 corporate and side hustle jobs in one setting believe it or not in order to get my own living space, first car and more business equipment at the time. Now I am actually building myself back up financially to be able to change the environment I am in so I can be in better spirits mentally, spiritually, physically and financially. There is a lot of ups and downs in every business when it comes to finances. To keep it short being a part of Generation Z has been a curse and a blessing in the same instance because without the extra challenges we had to face as a nation who would I have become without them.. Im grateful for the character this generation has helped me build, it has humbled my soul and opened my mind to new realities. Opening so many opportunities I didn’t even think I would have in place. Basically my generation already set the standard for me and I can’t back down now or never. Generational wealth is what I’m aiming for so I can be financially free and not have to watch my loved ones struggle, I want all my family and friends to live a stress free life because we all deserve the freedom to do what we please and when we please. We are always moving forward even if it may take me a little longer than most on the journey I am still up for any challenge good or bad. Because sometimes the bad challenges may just open up doors to something good or greater. Here to tell you first hand, WORK HARD and don’t let anything stop you from reaching the highest version of yourself.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

A goal of mine on this creative journey is to travel the world and connect with likeminded individuals who also have the same aspirations in life. I’d like to one day open up different buildings for creatives to discover more about themselves. I am looking forward to having my time mostly occupied by creating Master Pieces with other creatives. Mastering many other skills aside from the ones I acquired and still need to perfect some. I am eager for the day I will be able to have more time to focus on my creative skills and spend more time with family and friends doing what we desire. The overall plan is to expand my business globally, put more smiles on peoples faces, make individuals feel good about themselves and discover more about this creative realm.
